Jon responded to our email and provided an estimate range within a day, and then came over with an assistant 2 -3 business days later and removed everything we had tagged as well as a whole lot of miscellaneous items we identified in the 2 - 3 hours they were here. Notwithstanding the stuff we had added along the way, his price came in middle of the range he had provided since he explained that disassembling the piano went smoothly. Jon is a true professional -- friendly, efficient, careful, and customer-focused. We don't usually remember to do Yelp reviews but Jon and his colleague were above and beyond expectations.
