They don't count them in front of you so if I do return I will have to know how many are in each bag to make it his easier and faster. This is a place where it would fine if you understood all the rules that they have, but as a first time person it isn't the most welcoming.

I had 4 trash bags. After waiting awhile another customer showed up with 1 trash bag and a paper grocery bag. 2 clearly annoyed employees counted but I am certain they mixed up our counts. The other customer left before me with half a trash bag of "we don't accepts" and 115 redeemed. We were chatting and they gave her back High Noon Seltzer cans and Coors light cans. Pretty popular brands which I also had quite a few of. I got back no refused items and a redemption ticket for 155. I feel they are dishonourable thieves and should be ashamed of themselves. I had a large project and I couldn't have asked for a better company. They were able to swap out my metal dumpsters within hours of me telling them that our dumpster were full. We were on a very tight schedule and we really didn't have to wait long for Spiegel to react. They were able to pull and replace the dumpsters so quickly that it made our project less stressful and we hit our deadline early. The drivers were nice and communication was spot on. They come right to our business with a van and pick everything up. They even have a 24' truck if we have a ton of PC's to get rid of. Whats even better is they make sure nothing is sent to a Landfill and it costs me nothing to recycle the CRT monitors that come into our shop. Compare that to Staples or another place that charges you money to drop off a CRT. We've also given them broken TV's and they took some Medical Equipment from a customer to scrap the metal. Basically, a top notch company to work with. My highest recommendation.

If you're in a consumer vehicle, you flash your resident sticker to... nobody. The "guard booth" or whatever is never staffed. So then you cruise in to the big building on your right, back in to an open spot along the barricade, and toss your trash in to the Sarlac pit. Pop back in to your whip, and spin around the center island which houses separate bins for your recyclables (aluminum, glass, cardboard, plastics) and there's a wee spot for a goods swap - mostly broken appliances people don't want to pay the fee for to properly dispose of. To me, this practice is archaic and the op budget is better suited to subsidize private curbside pickup, but hell, I move to the suburbs, I gotta live the suburbs. Oh, and the hours are 8:00a-4:30p Friday through Tuesday. Because people tend to ask that. A lot.
