She went over pricing, and I know they could not have charged me for the 'rush.' When the guy got here, at 11:30!!!!!, he could not have been more nice or professional. We have found our new 'septic professionals.' Update 08/15/2015 We had a problem with our main line, and needed it snaked. Smith could snake from the tank to the foundation, but not past that (I assume due to licensing restrictions, but I didn't ask) and I did not think that would solve our problem. The woman on the phone was both sympathetic and helpful, even suggesting we call another local company!! I took the number for 'the competition,' and thanked her very much. What an amazing company!!

We eventually found Warner Brothers and Tim came right over, he assessed the job and offered to start the project right away. We were losing daylight in early April but he fought the Town Water Dept on our behalf and emphasized that this was an emergency situation as water was coming into our basement. Long story, shorter, Tim arrived at 7am the next morning, again worked with the Water Department and started digging to find our pinhole leak. Just incredible service and responsiveness and he went to bat for us too. Oh yeah, he also removed 8 of our overgrown bushes in the front of our house while he had the machinery out.
