They miss about every other week of service, and even though they know which houses they don't get to, you have to call them to get your money back for the week. Despite constant promises of improved reliability, they seem to be getting worse. They missed us again this week, and when we called for yet another refund they said no because they had actually moved their service one day earlier- which they never notified us of. This was apparently implemented several weeks ago, but they had been showing up "a day late" for the past two weeks so we never noticed the change. Makes no sense. Anyways, I'm really glad to have finally cancelled their service. I'm shocked a business can operate like this for such an extended period of time and retain any customers.

I did an on line search & found Metech Recycling in Worcester. Luckily Sony has a program with them that waives a drop off fee. The downside is that they don't have pick up. The women in the front office were very pleasant, as was the gentleman that helped heave the TV out of the car. So glad to have an electronics recycling center nearby!

But today took the cake. After 5 days of begging them to come empty my cardboard a truck finally shows up. Now I had asked them to stay so we can refill. The driver sat behind our building for maybe 15 minutes. We started to pull out cardboard to get ready to fill. He emptied the dumpster, then drove away. So unprofessional and uncaring.
