This was apparently implemented several weeks ago, but they had been showing up "a day late" for the past two weeks so we never noticed the change. Makes no sense. Anyways, I'm really glad to have finally cancelled their service. I'm shocked a business can operate like this for such an extended period of time and retain any customers.
