UPDATE: Dooley increased my rates without my consent therefore breaching the contract we had. It took MULTIPLE calls to demand my contract be terminated and then they had the audacity to attempt to charge me a final amount that was not due. We sold our house and cancelled our trash pickup. We called Dooley four times over a one month period to get them to take away their trash barrels. They still have not removed them despite repeated promises and the closing is this week. The buyers can delay the sale if we have not met the terms of the P&S agreement. They were aware of that so their behavior is irresponsible and we now need to hire a junk pick up company to pick up their barrels and cart them away at our expense. read more

we use Dooey for our condo association's rubbish removal needs - we've never had an issue! We've never contracted for dumpster services (which seems to be at the root of the negative reviews here) but they pick up our three 64 gal. rubbish barrels and three 64 gal. recycling barrels without issue. Used them for a little over a year for trash removal, didn't have any issues until we went to move out of our house and rented a dumpster. They are charging us $150 for mattresses we did not dispose of. We only owned two mattresses and those mattresses are currently with me, in my house! Instead of admitting they made an error, they repeatedly send a bill ----- to my ex husband, not me!! I have called several times to remedy this with no resolution. No one ever calls back. There are plenty of other dumpster/removal services in the area, I wouldn't recommend Dooley. read more

I use Dooley, they are rude, over priced and refuse to pick up more than 4 bags or they charge a ridiculous amount to do so. I pay a lot of money a year for trash pick-up along with bags and tags, you would think you could dispose of as many bags as you need too. I do not recommend Dooley. read more

Dooley's service is pathetic. At least 6 times I have called and talked with the staff or the owner, AJ Dooley, about the drivers' spilling garbage on our driveway that I have to pick up, then leaving the trash bin lids open routinely so that they fill up with rain and snow. This week, they did not bother to come despite my repeated calls because it snowed 5 days ago, even though every other company in our area was out the day it snowed. I would give no stars if possible. My fiancé and I moved into our house in October- which is when we enrolled in weekly trash pick up with Dooley. We paid for the quarter in advance and as of now (January) they have collected our trash TWICE despite our barrels being out every collection morning, SEVERAL complaint calls, and infuriatingly watching them pass our house via nest cam. Never have issues with pickup at all - just concerned that I don't think they are recycling. I watch the truck every Wednesday and everything goes into one truck, I actually filmed it as proof. If I am paying $136 a quarter shouldn't I get the service I asked for which is recycling. read more

I have only good things to say about my weekly pickup including larger items picked up in the past year such as a mattress, refrigerator and oversized chair. When I call to make my payment the girls are very courteous. Sorry others haven't been as lucky but I'm happy with their service. read more

If I could give these guys a negative 5 stars I would. Called and set up my account and was told that they would be there for the first pick up on Friday. They never showed up. Called again and was told "oh we are sorry it looks like it got entered into the system for next Friday as the first pick up date." Next Friday comes and goes and still no pick up. Try calling the number listed on the bins and it appears that they are owned by WinWaste Innovations. Sit on hold for 30 min and finally give up. I go on their website and am able to "chat" with a customer service rep. As an annoyed new customer I ask for a month free to cover the burden of continued missed pick ups and I'm told the best they can do is a $20 discount. Long story short ill be going elsewhere. I'm usually a very easy person to please and this is the first review I've ever done in my life because usually I just don't care enough to waste my time. These people suck. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I'm sure we're being scammed now that I've read the other reviews, particularly the one about the mattresses. We ordered a dumpster for some home renovations. The dumpster arrived in April and on time. We were very pleased. However, when it was time for the pick up we had to call several times for them to come back. On top of that, once they did pick it up, they called us about a week later to tell us they were billing us for two tires that we put in the dumpster. $50 for two tires that don't exist. Not only did we NOT throw out tires, our dumpster was placed beside our deck where we could look into it at all times. Nobody tossed tires in when we weren't home. Very shady practices and we will surely never use this company again. Such a shame that a company would resort to this type of tactic for an extra $50. When we told them we didn't throw out tires they told us they'd look into it. They didn't. We paid the bill but are truly disgusted with these con artists. We had used Dooley's for about 3 years. On and off we'd have a missed trash pickup/trash on our road and driveway. To which we would call and someone would come the next day. No big deal. This happened a few times a year. I work from home so I see when they would pickup. More often than not our barrels would be in the street or tipped over with the lids wide open for rain and or snow. The most recent episode which ended in us terminating our services was appalling. The person on the back of the trash truck pulled out barrels to the back like usual. It appeared he struggled to lift it on to the truck and I could see his frustration. What I didn't expect to see was the man then aggressively and angrily THROW our barrels into our driveway. They were on their sides in the middle of our driveway. Imagine if I wasnt there to see it in person??! I ran out my front door waving them down but they couldn't hear me by the time they got to the end of our street. So we called 2 times for them to cancel our service and was told we'd hear back from a manager. Never did. Emailed them, never heard back. Finally after 2 weeks we heard back from a manager who could have cared less about our situation. For a company that charges as much as they do you'd think they'd have their acts together. Completely unprofessional from the office too. They started off great but as the years went by we have been utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. We used to leave a christmas tip for the driver and guy in the back every single year. We have since switched to a company that got great reviews. If you're considering dooleys I'd say keep looking. Been with Dooley less than a year & I can't count the times I've needed to call either for sloppiness or missed garbage pick-up (yes, I wonder the same thing, how do they skip our trash bins sometimes)??? We have no side walk on our small side street & I've gotten so fed up with them not leaving the bins back on my drive way that I've placed a permanent sign on the garbage bins for them not to be left on the street! My drive way is pretty wide so there is no excuse to block my entrance either & they have also done that! I have found cars going around my trash bins as well because they fail to place them back in my drive way & are left so far out on the street! Going to give it a few more weeks & see how it goes. It's better to pay a little more & get quality service. This is a paid service & there is not need for trash to be missed or for customers to put up with sloppy work! Dooley, however, absolutely deserves this negative review and with a current 2 star overall rating, it doesn't look like I am alone on this one. Without question one of the WORST companies I have ever experienced! The owner, Anthony, is a complete a-hole, unprofessional and very dishonest. Customer service is severely lacking. If you call to complain they listen then say they can't do anything. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to have a couch removed they did not come. When I called they said they couldn't help and didn't know why it wasn't picked up. They asked me to put it out the next week. Seriously, a couch doesn't go back inside that easily. It had to sit on my lawn for a week. I live in Foxboro and they are based in Foxboro. Today was the last straw. They just drove by my trash barrels going too fast on our cul de sac. First off this company was more expensive but they looked like they were clean and reputable so I went with them. BIG MISTAKE!!!! So I called for a dumpster on a Thursday to be dropped off Friday or sat they said no problem so I went with it. At 1 pm on sat afternoon I get a phone call from their manager Anthony who was totally rude saying that their truck broke down and would it be ok if they just dropped it off Monday. I was a little irked but brushed it off. Fast forward to pick up, I have an extension cord running from the house to my shed and when they were leaving they clipped the cord and ripped the wall of the shed clear off. So when I called to tell the manager Anthony he threatened to call the building inspector saying the extension cord wasn't legal and he was going to get me fined etc. he never once apologized for the damage or offered compensation in some way. Dooley Disposal answering service basically states they are honest, trustworthy and work with their customers. That is dishonest and false advertisment. Winter of 2016 I chose them to assist with major renovtions to our home. We spent well over into the thousands with Dooley. when Their drivers cracked our corner post I reported it to them and they stated they would speak with their drivers and come out to look at the fence. Two months later Dooley sent us a bill for 138.60 when I asked what the bill was for Dooley stated the dumpster was over the weight so they had to charge more. (keep in mind they give no proof that your waste has an overage, So all customers are required to believe them at their word? I guarantee, all that use their services have overage and end up paying EXTRA). They want you to trust them but they will not be listening to you about any damages occurred by their drivers). I called and stated I have no problem paying more money when will our fence be fixed? They said they are still working on it. Fast forward 4 to 6 months out we started to make more consistent calls to owners and especially Ben who assured us they would take care of it. Naturally with our major renovation, we had enough going on to keep us busy. When we noticed we had not heard anything we called Dooley and they stated they didn't come out but spoke with all their drivers and they said it was not their driver and they only believe their drivers? Contractors who witnessed the incident have long since left our home. Therefore, our witnesses were no more. June 12, 2018 two years later! I see money missing out of my bank account. I go to my bank only to find out they took the money. I called spoke with Ben who basically said your account is now closed now that we have our money! Your fence is your business, not ours!
