Reached out to Waste Network and within 30 minutes they called. Mike was polite and easy to work with. Everything was cut and dry, no guessing, no BS, everything was clearly explained. Even with me throwing last minute stuff at him and other mix ups that were my error, they got the job done and in the time frame they told me they would. They even made sure there was nothing left in the ground when the mountain of junk was gone! I can't say enough good things about this business. Thank you so much for being so accommodating!

Rachel at Waste Network wrote back to us promptly after we requested an estimate through their website, and continued to communicate with us in a timely manner as we sorted out pricing and scheduling. Within a couple of weeks of our initial contact, Waste Network was at our house picking up our unwanted stuff. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and invoiced us electronically the same afternoon, at half the cost of the other company's quote. I could wish they had included the extra $35 disposal fee for our old dehumidifier in their original estimate, but that's really just a minor quibble (there was mention a $35 fee for TVs/monitors, which apparently extends to some other large electronics). Overall we are very happy to finally have the old junk that was hanging around our property cleaned up and gone!

The quote was presented quickly after an in person review. The project included an entire first floor and basement, partial garage, under the porch, and exterior debris around the home. It was obvious that the team knew their business and worked well together. The crew was on time and finished quicker than the estimated time. The company was referred to us and was the most responsive of the 3 companies we requested quotes from. They were very reasonably priced and at the completion of the job, charged as estimated. We highly recommend Lu and his team, we would hire them again in a heart beat. Suzanne L.

When I'm juggling a million things and organizing many people, this is a huge deal. On multiple occasions, Kevin has come out in person to assess different piles of stuff. They're usually filled with awful heavy things; in basements, in attics, covered in spiders, lots of hazardous materials like old motor oil, etc. He is always trying to give a low, fair rate. Usually, by the end of the job, the total is higher than the quote. Kevin was always extremely forthcoming about this, and each time, I have respected and agreed with the increase. When you are personally moving a Ton of stuff yourself, you can appreciate how easy it is to under-estimate how much work will be involved. At the end of each job, I have Really felt the price matched the work. Kevin and his crew work extremely hard. He brings professionalism and conviviality to every job. His team is always polite, careful and organized. It seems like a small thing, but I appreciate the way Kevin talks to me and to his crew. They're always focused but considerate with each other. I trust them in my space, and I'm always grateful for their efforts. He is always on time, and he really helped me make some last minute deadlines. I do trust him and would call him again in a heartbeat. Settling an Estate and emptying a home is a marathon effort. There are people you find along the way who feel like real allies, who go above and beyond and prove their skills and reliability again and again. Kevin was one of those people for me. (The attached pictures show only a fraction of the stuff Kevin helped me move). Super grateful for everything he did to help me out. Thanks again!
