They arrived on time, worked quickly, and invoiced us electronically the same afternoon, at half the cost of the other company's quote. I could wish they had included the extra $35 disposal fee for our old dehumidifier in their original estimate, but that's really just a minor quibble (there was mention a $35 fee for TVs/monitors, which apparently extends to some other large electronics). Overall we are very happy to finally have the old junk that was hanging around our property cleaned up and gone!
