The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was truly disappointing and shocking. I contacted…read moreEnviro Pro Clean for carpet cleaning service and a move in clean for my new home. John agreed to come to the home to do a walk through and provide me with a quote. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment he contacted me saying he needed to cancel because his top customer needed an emergency clean. I spoke with him and told him there was no way I could find someone else on short notice, and asked if he could please accommodate me. He agreed and came to my home and provided a quote, just as we originally planned. He said he would be able to complete the work over the course of 3 days and have the job completed on time. I tried to contact him the next day to confirm and go over the details. I was unsuccessful. Therefore, I had my husband call from his phone (a number John did not have) and he answered right away. Immediately, John began to walk back what he promised the day before at the walk through. He was now unsure if he could complete the job and he "would do the best he could because he still has his other clients." He then ends the conversation with, "actually I am not going to do the job" and abruptly hangs up. Reluctantly I called back and left a voicemail with hope to come to an agreement; because he was supposed to start the work in less then 12 hours and I was desperate. Needless to say, he never called back. I truly believe he had every intention to completely blow me off. If I didn't reach out from a different phone number, he would have continued to ignore me and would not have showed up as scheduled. He clearly prioritizes his jobs/clients and if something better comes up, he has no problem going back on this word.

Rachel at Waste Network wrote back to us promptly after we requested an estimate through their website, and continued to communicate with us in a timely manner as we sorted out pricing and scheduling. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and invoiced us electronically the same afternoon, at half the cost of the other company's quote. I could wish they had included the extra $35 disposal fee for our old dehumidifier in their original estimate, but that's really just a minor quibble (there was mention a $35 fee for TVs/monitors, which apparently extends to some other large electronics). Overall we are very happy to finally have the old junk that was hanging around our property cleaned up and gone!
