The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was truly disappointing and shocking. I contacted Enviro Pro Clean for carpet cleaning service and a move in clean for my new home. John agreed to come to the home to do a walk through and provide me with a quote. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment he contacted me saying he needed to cancel because his top customer needed an emergency clean. I spoke with him and told him there was no way I could find someone else on short notice, and asked if he could please accommodate me. He agreed and came to my home and provided a quote, just as we originally planned. He said he would be able to complete the work over the course of 3 days and have the job completed on time. I tried to contact him the next day to confirm and go over the details. I was unsuccessful. Therefore, I had my husband call from his phone (a number John did not have) and he answered right away. Immediately, John began to walk back what he promised the day before at the walk through. He was now unsure if he could complete the job and he "would do the best he could because he still has his other clients." He then ends the conversation with, "actually I am not going to do the job" and abruptly hangs up. Reluctantly I called back and left a voicemail with hope to come to an agreement; because he was supposed to start the work in less then 12 hours and I was desperate. Needless to say, he never called back. I truly believe he had every intention to completely blow me off. If I didn't reach out from a different phone number, he would have continued to ignore me and would not have showed up as scheduled. He clearly prioritizes his jobs/clients and if something better comes up, he has no problem going back on this word. read more

I have had my furniture and carpets steam cleaned by other companies but got the feeling that they were just going through the motions. TLDR: I was extremely impressed by John at first for quickly responding to an online inquiry with an email and friendly/informative telephone call. He seemed honest, hardworking, and competent. However, he backed out of the job at the last minute after saying that he would do it. I find that unprofessional. So unfortunately, I cannot rate the quality of his services. In initial phone/email, he said he could handle our home cleaning job in 2 days. We discussed a quote and I told him I'd get back to him ASAP. An hour later, I emailed and then called to tell him we'd like to proceed and to confirm he could still do it. He said he could and was looking forward to it. I emailed him our address and said I'd send him the parking information. An hour after that, I received an email informing me that he was going to "pass on this project" saying that "parking could possibly be a problem". I tried calling and emailing to see if there was a misunderstanding. I didn't say that parking would be a problem. I just said I'd need to work with our building management to figure out the arrangements--eg, garage parking under our building or driveway parking--and get back to him. It is disappointing to have a contractor cancel at the last minute after agreeing to perform a job. read more

We were ready to buy a new rug and runner because they were so dirty from spills and daily use but thought we'd take a chance with John because his pricing was great. He came to the house took the rugs out and returned them when he said he would. I can Honestly say they look as good or better than when we bought them. He even cleaned the backing! John cleaned the carpets and tile floor in my commercial building in Somerset after the tenant, a day spa, moved out. They had been in the space for over ten years and had stained the floor and carpet with various liquids used in their business. Without promising me the world, John said he would do the best he could to get the carpet and floors clean. He worked hard and was successful in getting both the tile floor and carpets clean of all stains.
