I actually have been trying out Yelp's "request quotes" feature, and so far it has worked better…read morethan a lot of other ways to find good services and professionals, especially in an unfamiliar, new area. Case in point - I am in the process of moving into a new home, which was delayed six months (covid, worker/material shortages, yada yada), after having to get out of my mom's home at break neck speed because of a super fast sell. The sell was at the tail end of caretaking my very sick, and then dying mother. I also inherited my mom's very large, destructive cat. I am telling you all this because it will give you an idea why I made, what I thought might be, the stupid decision to drag a very old, disgusting, stained couch to the new place, rather than have the cat destroy a brand new couch. When it was rolled in, and I got to see it in bright light, I kinda freaked, but decided to try having it professionally cleaned before going to a plan B. Being new to the area, I looked at Yelp to see who might be available to do this for me and was prompted by Yelp to use the request quotes thing, so I did. I received a number of responses saying that all these companies were booked up, and a response from Beantowns Finest, with open dates, times, and very clear information about prices, which were VERY Reasonable. Owner/operators Jesica and Randy were very responsive to my questions, easy to communicate with, and easy to set an appointment time with as well. Randy showed up early for the appointment, was very professional and pleasant, and proceeded right away to turn my nightmare couch into an almost new looking couch - it was freaking amazing, and a waaaaaay better result than I could have dared to hope for. He also worked his magic on three filthy gabbeh rugs that I was fearing were doomed as well. I just can't believe what he was able to do with them. I was also grateful that all this was done without a huge truck thucka thucking in the driveway, miles of hoses, and doors open to the cold for hours. He has portable machines that work with a bathroom sink and the house's hot water. He left the entire area cleaner than before he arrived - which can sometimes be an issue with this sort of service. the final price was so reasonable, I bumped the check up a bit to make it what I thought was more fair. I will definitely be using them for furniture and rug cleaning, and any other cleaning services I may need, from now on. Thank you guys so much!

She scheduled us for a few days out and communication was great. On the day she texted to let me know she'd be 20 minutes late, and she was there on the dot when she said she'd be. She runs the business with her husband Randy and they brought two of their children to help. Listen: This is a REAL FAMILY BUSINESS! They were friendly and professional. They wore masks too. (Covid isn't over, friends.) They were all hands on deck for what was kind of a big job, and they did it. She even did an extra thing I'd forgotten to ask for and she made time for that as well. Their rates are fair, and I found out that they do a ton of other work too! On-site car washing and detailing, windows, power-washing, and painting, to name just a few things. Initially I just wanted a deep cleaning to help me get back on track with my own cleaning, but I might hire them more often, and for other projects too. Thanks Beantown Finest!

I had a great experience from the time I contacted them to the end of the process. They were friendly while booking, listened to me and were realistic with pricing. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. I would request the two women I had, Ziomara and Janine? (I'm so sorry if I spelled or got them wrong. I'm terrible with remembering names) They went above and beyond. False advertisement and charged for services not given. Would not recommend. Update. The manager contacted me. Was passive aggressively rude. Refused a refund and told me I was basically wrong. STAY AWAY!! UPDATE to the update. I have now been contacted that I had excessive pet hair and it's their policy not to clean that. So seems the story changes by the hour. I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks I've had him. What a joke!!! Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

The service was never provided. Despite multiple requests over the past week, the $150 has not been refunded. Venmo refund requests were declined and the payment was cashed out. Based on my experience, I would not prepay or rely on confirmed appointments.
