I'll make this review simple: Red Carpet did an excellent…read morejob cleaning our couch. We have two dogs and a baby, so this job was much needed. My husband and I even considered purchasing a new couch because we just couldn't take it anymore because our puppy had made an accident right on the couch. It was not pretty. Red Carpet came and cleaned and you couldn't even tell that my dog had done that. I believe Joe came to clean it and he was amicable and professional. And he also made quite good friends with our crazy dogs who were the reason for this cleaning in the first place. Our couch smells and looks brand new. So glad we didn't have to buy a new couch. FYI: be sure to give the dimensions of your couch/whatever you want cleaned ahead of time if you want an accurate pricing estimate.

The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was truly disappointing and shocking. I contacted…read moreEnviro Pro Clean for carpet cleaning service and a move in clean for my new home. John agreed to come to the home to do a walk through and provide me with a quote. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment he contacted me saying he needed to cancel because his top customer needed an emergency clean. I spoke with him and told him there was no way I could find someone else on short notice, and asked if he could please accommodate me. He agreed and came to my home and provided a quote, just as we originally planned. He said he would be able to complete the work over the course of 3 days and have the job completed on time. I tried to contact him the next day to confirm and go over the details. I was unsuccessful. Therefore, I had my husband call from his phone (a number John did not have) and he answered right away. Immediately, John began to walk back what he promised the day before at the walk through. He was now unsure if he could complete the job and he "would do the best he could because he still has his other clients." He then ends the conversation with, "actually I am not going to do the job" and abruptly hangs up. Reluctantly I called back and left a voicemail with hope to come to an agreement; because he was supposed to start the work in less then 12 hours and I was desperate. Needless to say, he never called back. I truly believe he had every intention to completely blow me off. If I didn't reach out from a different phone number, he would have continued to ignore me and would not have showed up as scheduled. He clearly prioritizes his jobs/clients and if something better comes up, he has no problem going back on this word.
