We just purchased a new home and were relying on them to clean the kitchen so we could eat in it. We gave them the code and were also in our home within the arrival window, but no one arrived. Since we scheduled a Saturday appointment, no one was available to take our call. We ended up spending $50 on cleaning supplies and doing part of the cleaning ourselves. It was one of the most exhausting Saturdays of my life. I called on Monday, and they were able to send someone over to clean the rest of our house within 20 minutes. I did appreciate the promptness. The individual who cleaned did a reasonable job, but I never really received an explanation as to why no one showed up, and I expected more for $50/hour! The best they were able to do was a $25 refund - I spent $280 and that's all you can do? I cannot believe that I trusted them with my credit card information. Find another cleaning service if you can.

First, the consultation to get set up with MaidPro takes FOREVER over the phone. The first time a representative called, they asked if I had 10-15 minutes for them to do an estimate. I mean, I'm glad for the heads up that they expected this to take 10-15 minutes but I didn't expect this to be the kind of thing where I'd have to pull out a date book or actually block off time in my day to talk to MaidPro. I was on my way to work so I said that I didn't have time right then. The estimate is THOROUGH. Every cleaning desire, some which I didn't know I had, was explored in the lengthy estimate. I specified that I wanted a move out deep clean with shower, convection oven and fridge cleaned out. After calling again and getting my 11 minute consultation done, I got two more calls from MaidPro that afternoon. The first is whether I still wanted a cleaning because I said that I couldn't do the life inventory, sorry, estimate asked for the first time I called. I explained that I didn't have time for the estimate the first time and still wanted a cleaning. The third call was a call asking questions asked from the first call. Altogether, I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with different representatives from MaidPro. They showed up within their estimated window and even a little early. Both workers were very nice with a great attitude. The apartment was nearly moved out of with all furniture removed. There was one box left, a leftover rug and some scattered household objects. They said it would take no time to clean this place up. They were done within 2 hours but had missed so much. None of the water stains or grease stains on the front of the dishwasher or microwave were wiped off. They did a good job with the fridge itself but didn't touch the freezer shelves at all, which I had to clean. Although there was no furniture and the floors were nearly bare, the corners hadn't been dusted. We still ended up dusting. I had asked about the oven and while they wiped it out on the inside, there were many grease stains and they told me to use a Brillo pad to get it out. They should have specified that they don't actually clean an oven but just do a cursory wipe. I think this should have been specified more clearly, as I thought this was a clean that should have sufficed for my just needing to walk through for an inspection, remove the stuff and hand back the key. I will say that everyone I spoke to was exceedingly pleasant. They bundled up and organized all loose stuff including the rug so that it was easy to sort out for keeping or tossing. The shower was very nicely cleaned. It just wasn't the move out deep cleaning with shower, oven and fridge included that I was promised and paid good money for. They're really nice people but I'd go elsewhere for a move out deep clean.

Mark me down as completely done with A&A…read more Here's the history - have used them for windows for many years. At first, they were great. After several years, I had a couple of experiences with them that were less than great but stuck with them. Last year, tried them for gutter cleaning and it was a ridiculously bad experience. Thinking I had simply learned my lesson on trying them for gutters and that they were still okay for windows, I decided to stay on automatic scheduling for windows again this year. Here's where things go bat-crazy... As is typical, I received a first email from them several weeks ago indicating they had a date for my annual window cleaning (June 2 between 10:30 and 12:30). Okay. I put the date and time on my calendar. Then, also as typical, I receive a reminder a week later. All good. I've cleared my schedule and I'm ready for them. Today is June 2. 12:30 comes and goes. No call from them. I figure they might just be running late. I call them at 1:30. No answer. I leave a message, inquiring if they are still coming. No call. I email them and ask the same. About an hour after I send my email asking if they are coming, they send me an email. Here is the complete email from them word for word: "No, we are not coming. After we noticed that you had not been reading the emails we were sending, we started attempting to call you to confirm - We've been calling for several weeks, but whenever we called, we received a busy signal. As we were unable to contact you to confirm the job, we removed you from the schedule." Kyle Castillo | Operations Manager Pretty amazing stuff. A couple of things... Not sure what Mr. Operations Manager is talking about. He "noticed" that I wasn't reading his emails??? Uhhhhh...not sure if his AI isn't working correctly or something but I read both of his emails. How else did I know they were coming on June 2 between 10:30-12:30? The better question is: does he know that the emails he is sending out don't request a reply of any sort from the customer? Moving on, he says "we started attempting to call you to confirm" and had been "calling for several weeks"??? My phone number is the same as it's been for several years - get calls on it all the time - either A&A isn't calling the right number or they have a very old number on file. Either way, that's on them. Long story short: after giving this company second/third/fourth chances for years, I'm done. But you decide for yourself: is this a company you want to do business with?

It seemed like the 2 young kids that were sent to do the job were inexperienced. I had to tell them to be careful not to scratch walls and furniture. I will say that they were friendly and courteous but it felt like it was one of their first jobs like this. I was disappointed, especially at the price that was charged.

Where my complaint comes into place was the professionalism of there staff and fraudulent billing practices. The negative experience started when they came to remove some of their drying equipment. Myself and another adult were both at my home working. I had an appointment for that day but was waiting on confirmation of time. I was on a conference call with my door closed when I heard mens voices and footsteps in the house. I texted the other person and she said she was also on a conference call but heard it as well. It turns out their crew showed up without confirming, let themselves in. After that I was told they needed to come back and spray, then incapsulate the effected areas. Due to the other repair work being done this took about 2 weeks to schedule. In that time we got a $2000 bill stating the work was complete including the spray and encapsulation charges. They had not finished the job and seemed confused when we called and told them those steps had not yet been completed. They eventually realized the job was not done and the bill was being held until completion. When they came back to spray, the day started off with a phone call stating they were at the property and no one was home... they were at the wrong house. When they arrived they sprayed and stated we needed to call to schedule the encapsulation for the next day, so we did. A few hours later one of the workers came back. I asked him why he was there and he said he wanted to tell me his boss Tom didn't think they needed to finish the job. I explained we had the appointment the next day, he kept insisting that he thought they needed to finish but his boss didn't agree. I again asked him why he was there and he repeated his story. I told him if something changed with our appointment to have the office call to let us know because I was on a working. He continued to just stand there saying he was going to call his boss, he called repeatedly with no answer then said we just needed to wait 10 minutes and call again. At this point I insisted he leave. Once he left I called to confirm the appointment which was still scheduled. I then told the woman on the phone about the uncomfortable interaction, she just brushed me off saying he must have forgotten something. The next day the gentleman came back to do the work. I was working but tried to watch from a distance. He was encapsulating using spray paint. When he left I found my brick fireplace, tile surround and hardwood flooring covered in spray paint splatter. I immediately called and they sent the him back to my house to clean it up. I told him I was not comfortable and wanted someone from else as there as this was significant damage to my home. He tried arguing with me telling me all the splatter was already there when he started. Which it was not. The owner of the company came out to my house and acknowledged the damage, he spent 2 days scrubbing my fireplace and flooring, which left the finish on my entire fireplace destroyed and needing repair. We had the fireplace refinished which was time consuming and an extreme headache that could have been avoided. The owner Greg mentioned he would compensate to the damage and the repairs. We called to get are certificate of completion and were told the billed was now $3000, but they would take off $300 for the damage. This barely covered the cost of the materials let alone the repair time and aggravation. We said that would not be acceptable and my husband asked to speak to Greg the owner as he was the one that cleaned all the spray paint off the fireplace and floors and saw the damage. We then were told the bill was now $400 more, so our $2000 bill that turned into a $3000 bill for the same services was $3400. But they would take off $500... something seems super fishy. The cost is going up in price by the minute to compensate for what they are reducing for the damages. I believe that is called FRAUD.
