Coordinating a deep clean with Luis was quick and easy. He easily answered all of my questions and scheduled my appointment. The team was very professional and did an amazing job! I had a list of concerns and they made sure to get to all of them. I'm definitely using Sanchez Cleaning Services again! read more

I made an appointment with the above company on February 19 for a February 28 cleaning. I received a text message at 9pm the night before stating that all appointments have been canceled due to weather. As someone who is a supervisor and leads a team on daily basis, I completely agree on ensuring everyone is safe, especially when weather can be dangerous. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help. read more

This team is amazing! Prompt service and reasonable prices. Their business is growing and I'm glad to be apart of it. Communication has been fast and polite. The deep clean team went the extra mile for my family and I can't wait to have them back Bi-weekly. My house has never felt so clean! Give them a try you will be very happy with the results. read more

They did such a good job at my office that I hired them for my home. My house hasn't been this clean in years. I even changed from monthly to bi-monthly on the first visit. They work hard...like on their hands and knees scrubbing hard. You dont see many companies, especially cleaning services that take pride in their work anymore. The price is great, and it's cool to see how Luis is building this off hard work and dedication. A true entrepreneur. If they keep it up, the skies are the limit. read more

I am a self proclaimed neat freak and I hired Sanchez cleaning to conduct a move out clean prior to having professional photos taken to sell my home. When I say my home has never been this clean, I mean it. Carmen did a fantastic job and spent a considerable amount of time in each area of the home, including my finished basement. My home was ready to shine for the pro photos and I firmly believe the level of attention Sanchez cleaning took will help me attract the right buyer. I have used other reputable cleaning companies in the are and would highly recommend Sanchez cleaning. read more

Sanchez cleaners were absolutely amazing. They were very responsive before coming and stayed for three hours for a two bedroom two bath cleaning. The house looks as good as the day we moved in and will be using them for regular cleanings going forward. read more

I had almost given up hope on cleaning services. Many bad experiences, broken items, chalky residue on woodwork, clouded glass and mirrors from dirty rags.. Sanchez cleaning out shined all the others no question. Sanchez THOROUGHLY cleaned my first floor to perfection!! $125/2 people/ 5+ hours. Did my kitchen, dinning room, family room, study and a bathroom. My old Victorian looks brand new. BEST BUY ON THE PLANET! Will recommend them to everyone! read more

They did a wonderful job with my daughters house . I am considering having them come to my house.

I have been getting bimonthly housekeeping services from Sanchez Cleaning for at least the last year. They are incredible. The house is always nice and clean, the cleaners are reliable and thorough, and the prices are very reasonable. It's tough to find good housekeeping services, but Sanchez Cleaning does it. read more

Scheduled a move-out cleaning and unfortunately they were a no show without any notification. Attempted to reach out to them but was unable to get ahold of anyone. This puts someone who was supposed to move out into an unexpected bind. read more

I cannot thank Sanchez Cleaning Service enough for the wonderful job they did cleaning my newly purchased home today. I just moved into my new home Jan 8, and even though the sellers allegedly cleaned before we purchased, I just didn't feel satisfied. I was nervous to try a cleaning company recommended on Yelp. I knew I had high expectations and didn't feel I would find a company that met them, but I was pleased from beginning to end. We have kids, a cat, 6 dogs, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and when I tell you they left my house spotless I tell no lies. Thank you, Sanchez Cleaning! I can't wait for my weekly service to start so that my home stays beautiful. I wish your company nothing but continued success and thank you for taking me on as a client! read more

I hired this company for an initial deep cleaning followed by biweekly cleanings which were to take place on Saturdays. The initial deep cleaning crew became unavailable at the last minute so the owner and his partner did the cleaning themselves...which was just ok. Hardwood floors were cleaned and waxed around the scatter rugs leaving dull flooring visible whenever the rugs slipped out of place. I decided to give them a chance anyway. There were multiple last minute cancellations by this company for my scheduled biweekly cleanings citing employees with COVID. Then my cleaning schedule was changed to Monday per request of the owner citing difficulties with staffing on Saturday. I gave the Monday schedule a try. Because they only clean while someone is home...my cleaning took place late in the afternoon. One cleaner would show up and it took 3 1/2 hours do to do the basic cleaning. It was a less than adequate cleaning....the furniture would only be dusted around table runners or decorations. Floors would be sprayed with a waxy spray then just dry mopped leaving a waxy build up and dried up spray droplets visible on my wood floors. After complaining, I was rescheduled back to my original Saturday schedule only to be cancelled twice more at the last minute!!! If reliability and quality is what you want.....Sanchez is not for you! read more

Might be the best cleaning service out there in terms of price and work ethic. They really seem to know what they are doing!

We are getting ready to list a 2 unit building and coordinated two deep cleanings for the same day. Luis and his team were communicative and did thorough, professional work. They went above and beyond a deep clean, with an eye to organization that we love! They even reconnected a chain for our ceiling fan that had been on our to do list. I can't recommend this service highly enough. They were also very communicative and respectful about COVID. read more

OUTSTANDING! If you need a cleaner look no further. I needed a house cleaned after my tenants didn't clean it all year. They came, they cleaned, and did the impossible restoring my house to its spotless condition. I highly recommend them. They also came on short notice during a holiday weekend just to accommodate us. read more

Wonderful. I am an RN and consider myself to be fairly neat. I booked a deep cleaning for the bathroom and kitchen and all I can say is WOW! It looks like a new place.
