First, let me start this off with the fact I NEVERRR, EVERRRR write reviews. So the "Dream Team" just finished our carpets. The house smells GREAT, but most of all the service was AMAZING!!!! They were on time, FRIENDLY and funny as well as SUPPERRRR professional!! We had two rooms which they did WONDERFUL on and then some extra at no extra cost. I had an area where there was dog urine which we were uncertain about and they also cleaned it PERFECTLY !! The carpets are like BRAND NEW! Did a terrific job! My white carpet is actually white again with the stained area and and heavy traffic area spotless again. Looks like new. They also cleaned the upholstery on a very light couch. It looks wonderful. And my three area rugs look great. They called before they came, showed up on time, were very careful with my furniture and worked quickly and efficiently. We usually clean our carpets ourselves but we recently had dry wall work done in a guest room that left the carpet a complete mess. We also have two large dogs and a cat who constantly shed! Dream carpet cleaners were great! We were able to schedule an appointment so quickly and they arrived when they said they would! They were quick but thorough and our carpets have never looked better.
