Timing is flexible, mornings didn't work for me, so now they come in the early afternoon. Usually in teams of 3. Melissa is generally the team leader. There are so many areas that are still extremely dirty for no reason considering the apt is 600 sq feet and only 1 bedroom (the size of a small office space), and 1 bathroom. For $175 I expect things to at least be dusted. Not dust hanging from my fan and the radiator piece left broken on the ground. I'm actually upset I paid in cash because I would have gotten a refund quick. Now I'm pretty upset Update: After talking to the owner she offered to come back and clean the issue spots. I told her I had already cleaned them as it took me 10 minutes and I will be on vacation for the next week(hence why I wanted to get a special cleaning before we left) I asked if we could get a partial refund instead. She declined and did not consider it and considered the case closed. That is not professional as you did not hold up your end of the invoice/buisness contract. I could not recommend this company.

I was contacted at 12:15 by the property owner that no one has shown up. I texted her thinking maybe she was running late and asked the property owner to wait 10-15 more minutes in case she was. Ashley then contacted me that she was running 2 hours behind due to a family emergency. Life happens. I asked if she could do the quote later that day and schedule a cleaning for the weekend; which she responded that she could give a quote but could not do a cleaning on the weekend. Sure that's fine. I asked her what time would she be able to come to which there was no response, then asked again if she would be able to do the afternoon the next day. This was an extremely frustrating interaction with Ashley due to very poor communication on her part after giving her another chance despite the no-show.

I called to make an appointment and the lady answers the phone "what do you want?!?" I go "I want to book an appointment..." and she goes "on New Year's Eve are you kidding me?!" I go "I'm confused are you open, why did you answer the phone?" Mind you, I never said book me an appointment today! All I wanted was to book an appointment to clean my house and to see what her schedule was! I'm genuinely confused how someone with this nasty type of energy even has customers. I have no idea how well she cleans houses, but I do know I don't want someone who treats potential customers with that much negative energy anywhere near my house. I feel bad for her I truly do. Mind you, it's New Year's Eve not New Year's Day. I'm working, my wife is working, and not once did I mention I needed a cleaning today... I'm actually in awe that anyone who has a business would answer the phone like that. That's the most unprofessional I've ever been treated in my entire life. As if me wanting to use her business was a burden to her... I truly truly truly wish her the absolute best. But your energy is not going to go unrecognized. Learn to treat people better. Or better yet, don't answer the phone if you're in a bad mood!! It's really not that hard. Your entire business model is customer service... God bless you to whoever answered that phone today, and oh yeah happy new year!! Good luck to whoever uses them.
