I had an extremely shocking, terrible, very disappointing supposedly called a "deep cleaning"???…read moreARE YOU KIDDING??? experience on May 20, 2026. I paid $1,800!!!!! for this highway robbery job!!! I had to pay an extra $200 of my mistake thinking it was on a different day. I have been upset all this time and can not be shy and hold back anymore!!! The cleaning was horrible. I am putting my house up for sale and hesitantly because if pressure from friends that hiring what I thought were professionals was the way to go. I even had a long discussion with the owner about how I wanted the stairs going to the finished basement be vacuumed. They did not show that any of the stairs were cleaned. I paid to have the finished part if the basement walls washed. There was noticeable dirt on the walls. In one spot there was some drips coming down from the ceiling tiles next to the walls that were supposed to be washed. These drips were from mice I had in the basement. These same drips, and dirty basement walls, guess what??? Yes. You are correct!!! The mice pee and dirty walls were all the same!!! I do not believe they even qere downstairs!!! Now let us continue the """DEEP CLEAN""" upstairs. It's interesting how certain areas were plainly missed. For example, the sides only inside the over were clean. But I guess I forgot to tell the owner that I wanted ALL of the oven, all four sides, even where the oven has curvy areas that even the bottom of the curvy area needs to be cleaned too!!! Plus the door parts also need to be ckeaned!!! I guess I forgot to mention about the oven just may need some grease removed...oh! I think I forgot to use the word S-C-R-U-B-B-E-D so I spelled it out!!! I have a wood stove with fake logs. When I left, it was full of dust around the bottom of this stove. And of course, when I got home, I sat down on my couch and kept looking at the bunch of dust still under the stove. To be the fair one, the ???cleaners??? asked me if I wanted to look around but I am a bit shy about checking other peoples work especially it I just hired them. So I just said no and how nice it smelled. So they left. I started looking around and so did my Real Estate Agent. She and others were so happy that I had hired ???PROFESSIONALS??? to do this job. They were so very impressed at my paying $1,600 (was really $1,800 because of my mistake with the date). I was so proud of myself for cheapo me paying this price! My Real Estate Agent was also proud of me for checking the references and thought that I was in for a treat when we returned to my house. The only good thing to go home to was the nice scent they used. So I sat and looked at the dirt under my fake wood stove. The dust underneath it was just so noticeable. Then I heard my Real Estate Agent start mentioning details about how this and that were not done. Then I went in my glass enclosed room and looked around. There are 6 windows with 6 window sills. Two of the 6 sills were full of dirt. The rest were done. Sort of like the stove where parts, like the back of the oven was not cleaned. Maybe they were in a hurry, at least the person who cleaned the stove and the glass room window sills. Oh yes!!! Let us NOT forget about the icing on the dirty dusty cake!!! When I asked how long such a large. detailed, extreme deep cleaning that cost me all my Walmart money for half a year would take, the owner told me...are you ready, just wait, can you guess what he said, how many hours of toiling, vacuuming, scrubbing, lifting, pulling. rearranging, ringing out dirty cloths, pouring out bottles of chemical concocksions on my dirty home furnishings would take????? One hour...Are you nuts? Two hours??? Oh, did I say there were, at least at the beginning of thus massive deeply deep cleaning three individuals doing this job but just at the start of thus undertaking...do you believe, now just take a guess, you can do it...three long deep cleaning hours of back & arms & legs & and don't forget the toe breaking hours of work...NO. NO. NO!!! But,,,, you are getting closer...now think hard but not too hard...four hours....Well that's half way there...5 hours.... Okay...HERE WE GO! He said it would take between 4-1/2 to 5 hours to complete the deep cleaning!!! NOW THAT'S A WHOLE LOTTA CLEANING!!! i never realized what a very big dirty mess my house was! I was expecting a perfectly, sparkling clean house, just like the owner and myself went over!!! What a lucky person I was to have learned of all the great 5-star reviews, as it would take up to 4-1/2 to 5 hours to clean my very messy house!!! None of my friends were at all surprised!!! As they told me that it was, after all, a DEEP cleaning!!! Well, I thought, just how deep could one go, how much were they going to clean??? Would my faucets shine like the sun? Would the soup bowls in my DEEP CLEAN cupboards bowl me over? Would my clean toilets sing deeply when flushing? The owner said others came to help them finish as they were done early. ​​

For me, as I get older it is well worth the cost of having this service as I know the house is getting a good cleaning once a month. I keep things up in between, but they clean so many additional things that I would never get to (like wiping down the window blinds). The office communicates well, with appointment reminders and updates. They have been flexible with me on a few occasions when I needed to change dates/times. If your home has really fallen into neglect, you might want to start with the deep cleaning. That's what I did and now I am on a monthly schedule.

I am giving them 2 stars because the girls worked their butts off with the crappy equipment and cleaning products they had. I hired them through Angie''s list. I felt there were only 1-2 experienced cleaners in the crew, because the one in charge of the basement missed an ENTIRE bathroom and there was broken glass on the floor under my minifridge cart and dirt that I cleaned up with some scrubbing bubbles. I had to redo parts of the basement myself. I was told by Ms. Silva (The lady doing the quote and the walk through) that they would be using quality, petsafe products and good equipment. The girls arrived with dollar store generic cleaning products and a vac that looks like something someone pick up off the curb. It gave them so much aggro. They had to stop to keep fixing it and sharing it. I have a state of the art Shark. They could have used that. I had to redo the carpets and shampoo them to get off loads more fur and dirt that the shoddy equipment left behind. So therefore the products were not quality and certainly were not pet safe. Another thing that annoyed me was the already low quality cleaning products were frozen from having been left in someone's car. I saw a frozen bottle of lysol with a glacier sitting in it and this was from 1-4PM. They had a job prior to me, so it had been out of the car for some time and was still frozen. Seriously it is no surprise my house smelled worse when they left than it did when they started. The owner came unannounced and just let herself right in. That really was cheeky and pissed me off. Then she had the nerve to say she confused me for one of the girls and had this attitude that came off as if I was beneath her. She evidently was there to check on the work the girls were doing and was taking a white dust cloth to my bed and furniture. She reeked of fags and after she left, I had to spray my house with air freshener and open the windows to get the smell of smoke out . Another thing that pissed me off was that she was on to one of the girls about cleaning bigger houses than this one and yadda yadda like this house was beneath her. Well guess what lady, it is now, because you lost a potential long term client due to your self-entitlement and rude behavior on a client site. I paid $300 for 3 girls for 3 hours. The house looks clean, but I think it would have smelled better if they used quality products vs. generic store brand ones like that horrid watered down Works toilet bowl cleaner and generic frozen lysol. The highest quality product they had was a small bottle of Dawn washing up liquid.
