The owner seemed kind and grounded, appearing to take pride in her business. Unfortunately, our experience did not match that impression. I returned home to a smell like something burning; somehow the cleaners had pressed buttons on my microwave. I arrived about two hours later and found it extremely hot, still showing over 38 minutes remaining. I called the company right away, worried my new Thermador microwave was ruined and concerned about possible damage to the quartzite countertop beneath it, which was also too hot to touch. Soon after, I discovered carved marks on my Thermador oven. I contacted Peter and Jessica but received minimal to no response. I stated that I expected a phone call to discuss the issue, yet no one called. I withheld my payment because they should compensate me for the damage they caused. I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones; however, I felt compelled this time because the sheer carelessness and lack of responsibility were astonishing.
