I had a great experience from the time I contacted them to the end of the process. They were friendly while booking, listened to me and were realistic with pricing. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. Ligia charges by the job, not per hour. When you speak with her on the phone she will ask you questions and one of which is on a scale of 1 -10 (10 being the worst!) rate how your house will be at the time they come to clean. Most people have always estimated correctly but there have been some cases that they may say a 3 and when she comes it is an 8. Ligia will go over everything before she starts and if it truly is a huge difference she will tell you what it will cost and give you the option of accepting the amount or to call another business. I thought this was great. No hidden fees, no rushing, an honest estimate if you are honest with her, etc. I estimated correctly and we paid what she told us it would cost over the phone. My husband and I are going to decide how often we will have her come back - but I can say that it will be more than we initially thought -once or twice a year!!! You can also do different types of cleaning more often or not as many rooms as the first deeper cleaning, etc. Ligia will accommodate your needs and charges a very fair price. I had to leave for work so I paid her and left but was shocked when I got home. I posted a picture of the tub and the right half is what I did after she left. The stove was barely touched other than a quick wipe down. The window sills and any fixtures weren't touched. There was actually a dead beetle left right out on the bathroom window sill. They didn't even touch the tub by the looks of it. I have now done it all myself and asked her for at least half my money back but she just kept talking over me and saying god bless you at the end!! Worst experience I've ever had with any service.
