The home is well managed but dust has accumulated b/c the owners have been away for months. The quote was outrageous. I passed.

    I made an appointment with the above company on February 19 for a February 28 cleaning. I received…read morea text message at 9pm the night before stating that all appointments have been canceled due to weather. As someone who is a supervisor and leads a team on daily basis, I completely agree on ensuring everyone is safe, especially when weather can be dangerous. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help.

    My wife and I finally decided to splurge on getting some assistance cleaning our house. Its about…read more1800 sq. Ft. So not tiny but not massive either. Glow had a lot of good reviews so we gave them a shot. They came to do a "deep cleaning" as the initial clean. To start, they were late, running behind from another job. Thats understandable, but it doesn't hurt to communicate that to your clients. About 5.5 hours 2 women were here cleaning the house while we were in and out. Language barrier with the on site cleaners made it difficult to communicate and clarify our requests. After all was said and done, some things were fantastic and others were completely neglected which was strange. Kitchen counter tops were shining and clean. Furniture that was moved to clean the windows was left out of place. Shower looked great. The master bed was a mess because they stood on it to clean the fan. Downstairs is a living room and it wasn't touched. The attached picture is from us running a vacuum in just the kitchen after they left a 5.5 hour cleaning! The company was contacted, and I applaud them for trying to make it right. They said they would send someone back, but at this point it was 6PM and there were people coming over. Told them multiple times that it wouldn't work tonight, but they sent someone anyway. That didn't feel like great customer service. All in all, I can't see how I would use them again after an accumulation of short comings on the first experience.

Feather dusters ridiculous. I had only seen the home one time. If they had discovered it was dirty and they were not able to clean it properly they should have called me. I would've paid any amount of money to have a clean house. I think this company spends more money on their fancy logos then on proper tools. Soap, water, shop vac and a little elbow grease work wonders. This company was horrible.
