Jon responded to our email and provided an estimate range within a day, and then came over with an assistant 2 -3 business days later and removed everything we had tagged as well as a whole lot of miscellaneous items we identified in the 2 - 3 hours they were here. Notwithstanding the stuff we had added along the way, his price came in middle of the range he had provided since he explained that disassembling the piano went smoothly. Jon is a true professional -- friendly, efficient, careful, and customer-focused. We don't usually remember to do Yelp reviews but Jon and his colleague were above and beyond expectations. I became a new customer in January of 2023 to support more local business in my town. The last few weeks have been challenging for the company with major mechanical issues for the trucks. Add on top of it the weather and it has been a recipe for delays and trash pile ups. I was understanding of it and simply wanted to have updates on when I should be putting my trash out. What the owner may not understand is that I spent two separate days picking up trash and recycling all over my yard because I put the garbage out to the curb and it blew all over in the wind and rain. Then I called to let them know that I was going to move the cans near the garage close to house to try and avoid the trash from blowing everywhere. This week routes again were delayed and it had been terrible wind and below zero temps. I have been polite in my requests and called/emailed yesterday evening without a response. Again, I called this morning simply to ask if I should put the cans out to the curb because I wasn't sure with the delays if they had made it to my. No answer. Then I got a phone call back-apparently the owner of the company screaming and berating me for calling 6 times a day (not true). He yelled, ITS TOO EARLY FOR THIS. WE DONT NEED NEW CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU! I WAS QUIET BEFORE BUT NOW YOURE MAKING ME ANGRY. He was on speaker and the entire conversation was witnessed and recorded because I have WiFi devices that pick up and record sound/activity (I do have this conversation on audio record). I have NEVER in my life been treated this way by someone that I am paying for a service. It is very upsetting to me that this happened. If this conversation had taken place in person, I would have been fearful for my safety. I asked him his name...I AM THE OWNER PF THE COMPANY. He ended his tirade with "KEEP YOUR TRASH CANS IM TAKING YOU OFF THE LIST AND REFUNDING YOUR MONEY". And he hung up on me. I would caution anyone to use a company like Graziano who manages their business by verbally assaulting their paying customers. Again, I would have felt unsafe if this tirade had happened in person.

They do and it's sad. And they do it with poor attitude in customer service along with increasing prices. It's sad. The Graham team used to go above and beyond. They truly cared. Once on a snow day they WALKED into our neighborhood to get our barrels because it was snowed in. Now, they barely slow down the truck. Sad to see a local business fail its customers.
