Graham Waste is officially gone. The Jetaway/Starwaste service has taken an immediate downturn and we are thrilled to be switching. Arbitrarily not coming up barrels or recycling. Increasing pricing. Confusing communications. This is trash pickup. We aren't splitting the atom here. Drag barrels to the street, pick barrels up. How do you find a way to mess that up. They do and it's sad. And they do it with poor attitude in customer service along with increasing prices. It's sad. The Graham team used to go above and beyond. They truly cared. Once on a snow day they WALKED into our neighborhood to get our barrels because it was snowed in. Now, they barely slow down the truck. Sad to see a local business fail its customers. read more

If you truly care about making sure that your recycling is RECYCLED and not merely picked up just to get it out of your way, then beware of these people, Many of us around town have been watching these trucks for the last few YEARS, Not weeks or months, But YEARS, Repeatedly going along the route and emptying both the trash and the sorted recycling into the same truck, Not just a one-off barrel at one house that could have been an accident, but one house after another, all the way down the line !, We didn't get around to reporting them until about 2 years ago, at which time we were told "Oh this is only temporary, its because the recycling MRF Facilities are closed due to the pandemic and China and other commodity buyers have shut off the facilities until further notice, However, TWO THINGS, First off, this was going on long before the pandemic existed, we just hadn't reported it to them until that point, so that was the convenient excuse, And the pandemic is long gone and just about over at this point, and we still see them doing this on a regular basis, We have purposely trailed behind these trucks through Hull and taken videos of the employees and forwarded the footage to RECYCLESMARTMA, and the State DPW board who were supposed to be contacting them via warning notices read more

I never had a garbage removal company leave trash on the street. If something falls out of the trash can, it's often left right on the street. I've witnessed it a few times now. They are sloppy and just throw the trash cans wherever, once they dump the trash into the truck. I will be switching at some point. It used to be great when Dumpster Depot was picking up, and I've noticed a huge downslide in service! read more

This company is the worst. They take payment for services and ends the contract for Middleboro residences without notice. Now the residents are stuck with trash and recycling. They claim another company now owns the contract yet that company states they don't own the contract. When you call to inquire about the issues they are unprofessional and dismissive. read more

Hands down the worst trash company ever! Absolutely no custom relations skill, the woman who answers the phone is rude and obnoxious!! Had service with them for 2yrs, then one day they just stop coming, with no notice no phone calls no notice at all! The worst customer service. If you have a complaint don't expect anyone to resolve it. I cancelled service with Graham Waste in the beginning of June because I sold my house. I asked that they pick up their barrels. I asked again, and again and again and again and again and again. Nine telephone calls and two months later, Graham Waste can't manage to get someone out to the house to remove the barrels that are now on the new owner's property. The folks who answer the phone are rude and condescending. "We're doing the best we can. We're trying to find someone to help you. We'll be there tomorrow. We're limited in what we can do., etc. etc." Somehow Graham Waste can manage to drop off barrels if you're a new customer but they can't retrieve them if you quit. They were contracted with the roofing company that replaced my roof. The dumpster drop off was fine but the pick up was a nightmare. The driver was having issues and kept pulling forward and back ruining our newly sealed driveway. Then he dropped the dumpster down and started over again moving back and forth damaging driveway. They won't take responsibility for the damage. We are taking them to small claims court. Do not use them. read more

Great local company. Used them for dumpsters for reno projects always deliver and remove as scheduled, also their storage containers are a MUCH BETTER deal than calling PODS, like literally 1/2 the price of PODS and no extra fees. See for yourself, for an onsite storage unit try an online quote from PODS then call Graham waste - better price and larger unit. Moved within the same town and the office was extremely helpful, insuring the pickup would go smoothly and it did. These are summer homes and frequently because we didn't always have bins to be picked up, the truck would stop non the less. read more

I can't believe I didn't look at these reviews before choosing Graham. Would have saved a lot of time and frustration. This company is horrible to deal with and customer service is non-existent. Received paper bills for services after they had already charged my cc. Despite 4 phone calls requesting an invoice or bill of some kind never received. Months after having dumpster removed had an additional charge to my cc. Again, no invoice or bill. Placed another call to office and was told to ignore the bills I receive. Had to ultimately call cc company to dispute charge. Received threatening voicemail from Judy their office manager. Not only would she not discuss, but told me there would be an additional charge of $25 for disputing the charge. Attempted a week later to settle issue with my cc statements and paper bills in hand, but got no where. Judy refused to discuss or accept copies of my statements. All I can say is WOW!!!! Do not do business with this company. They have NO regard for customer service, old fashion values or their job. They go around with no routes and pick up trash at all different times each week. I am a little sad to write this because the workers that pick up the trash have always been the sweetest to my kids when they go by, but I can not ignore how awful the office is. (My wallet was stolen so my quarterly payment was not made- as its set up as automatic withdrawals) with no phone call to let me know they did not pick up my trash. When I called to inquire she told me it was not her problem and hung up on me twice. Told me it was not her problem that I have 5 kids and 2 under 2, told me it was not her problem that my wallet was stolen.... which is all irrelevant because all I was trying to do is update my credit card information to charge my account and move on. To treat another human being like this over a quarterly 179 dollars. Shame on them. I REALLY chose them because I wanted to support small, local business... I guess that is what I get. We moved into Hull in 2015. from the beginning Graham waste services has been great to work with. we received new barrels, we received on time service and patience when I asked the same question more then once. We chose to pay annually with a discount and when we moved last week, we already received the refund check. If we ever move back, they are the service we will go to. read more

This company doesn't take responsibility for damage they do when hauling their dumpsters. Spoke to Paul about damage in front of my house when they were moving a dumpster from my neighbor's house and he said they get complaints all the time but it isn't their problem and I need to get in touch with the contractor that hired them. But then he wouldn't give me the number for the contractor. The driver was also rude when we tried to talk to him about it. Thanks for nothing. My advice to customers is call Trojan. We have used them many times with No issues, No damage and cheap prices. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this company. We used them twice with no issues. The third time they didn't deliver the dumpster we requested. Grandpa dropped dread. Kicked the bucket. Went into the great blue beyond. He's bequeathed all his possessions to you, all 70 years and 6 tons worth. You lucky bastard. There's some good stuff there, but 99% is junk like Alf dolls, metal gum ball machines with missing parts, dishwaher racks, a gas dryer, but the house is wired for electric....It's ALL so overwhelming. Call Graham. They're out of Hyannis, but they don't care that you live in East Gum Shoe. Call them. They will arrive at the time promised with a container to suit your need. Cheaper than Got Junk, even it you loaded it into their truck yourself. Graham will let you keep the container for days while you load all that Crap for a very reasonable price. read more

Terrible customer service and rude truck drivers. Company does not take responsibility for damage. A full dumpster was dropped on our private road In front of our home from work that was being done 1 mile up the street. I let the driver know when he came back and showed him the damage that he did on the road. A week later, they attempted to dump another dumpster in front of the house. Again, let him know it's a private road.....also many signs posted on the property. Driver was annoyed and honked his horn several time driving away. He then dropped it on N. Main St. blocking traffic. I called the office and left multiple messages with the operation manger Tom after no response from him after a week of calling everyday. I left several more messages with another manager Katie. No courtesy of a call back! The lack of disrespect and rudeness is appalling and no way to run a company. My next step is to see them in small claims court read more

Haven't had a problem with delivery or pickup, but a very customer service person named Brian who was very rude and was borderline harrassing me when I called to point out I had been billed for a rolloff in a town I have never been to. I politely pointed out that they may have entered the wrong customer number, because we don't have any property in the town that the bill listed. These guys are great! They had my dumpster there within a couple hours on a saturday. The receptionist was a pleasure to work with even though I was late and had to give CC info over the phone. The truck driver had the dumpster in my driveway(which is tiny and on a pretty good grade) before I showed up, I'd have like to see how the heck he pulled it off! Prices were right on point with everyone else I called, but they were definitely friendlier than the other guys. read more

A dumpster was delivered to my for a clean out. The driver dropping off the dumpster was professional. He was very careful with placing the dumpster in a convenient area for easy loading. The driver even placed wooden boards under the rollers, so to not damage my driveway. A few days later, we called for the dumpster to be picked. A driver came to pick the dumpster up, and as he was leaving my driveway, I went out to inspect the area where the dumpster was placed. The driveway was torn up by the truck. The driver denied tearing up the driveway. The driver left the wooden boards in my driveway and denied that Graham would place the boards under the rollers. I asked him to take the boards and he refused. We called Graham Waste and requested to speak to a manager. We were told the manager would call us back. Which never happened. There is no customer service with this company and they don't care about their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Made a huge mistake using this company. Called for a large renovation project. Initial delivery was a day late. Needed a swap as demolition was proceeding, and they never showed up the day they were scheduled. When we called dispatch to ask what happened, we were told we "don't do the volume of business to justify going out there on time." Dispatch was extremely rude and unhelpful. When the driver finally showed up the next day, he dropped the new dumpster too close to the house to be able to open the doors and actually use it. We asked him to pull it forward some, which he had an attitude about and mumbled obscenities under his breath. Then, when walking back inside the house, the driver showed the dumpster back just enough to make a point, like a child throwing a tantrum, and damaging the driveway. Again, no help or recourse from the office. We filled the last dumpster as quickly as we could and called another company. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! read more

Just had what should have been a VERY difficult delivery of a pod and dumpster. My driveway is extremely tricky and tight and it was critical that the pod be placed in an exact spot because we needed to access one side of garage to store an electric car. Tim and Andy took amazing care and precision to get it in the exact spot without doing any damage to the surrounding area. they were extremely polite and professional, I HIGHLY recommend this company. they were also extremely respectful of my surrounding neighbors. read more

Excellent service! Called on Friday, 10 cm yard dumpster was neatly parked in my driveway by the time I got home that evening. Filled it up with 5 tons of concrete, asphalt, stones, old wood, steel doors, and the like - over two decades of accumulated debris. Called on Sunday to arrange pickup. Early Monday the dumpster was picked up - very efficient driver. Cost was in line with, or marginal cheaper than, other companies I contacted, and billing was simple. Highly recommended.
