Unprofessional and horrible customer service. I would strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company.

My Document Shredding Driver showed up on time, cleaned up our basement and was gone in less than an hour time. I took matters into my own hands and did some research from Shredit, Cintas to Staples and preferred to do business with this entity because they were local and I was dealing with the owner not some random call center in India. Neighborhood Parcel shredding service was on time, their staff was very professional and did everything they were supposed to do including an accurate invoice and timely Certificate Of Destruction. I later discovered that they were very involved in the Lowell Community and sponsor Lazarus House and Boys and Girls Clubs, so I am proud to send them my five stars to encourage them to keep their ways and complement their service. A+ all the way around.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. For months we've been calling to have our trash picked up and to pay our final bill, yet our trash has repeatedly been left sitting while we continue to be charged. Every time we call, we get a different answer. The representatives we've spoken with have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Not once during our previous calls did anyone mention that we were supposedly under a contract. Now, after months of trying to resolve this, we're suddenly being told we're stuck in a contract and will continue to be charged anyway. It's incredibly convenient that this information only appeared after we questioned the ongoing charges. It's unacceptable to bill customers for a service you're not providing. Expecting people to continue paying while failing to pick up their trash is bad enough, but treating customers with disrespect on top of it is even worse. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. If you value honest communication, reliable service, and basic customer respect, look elsewhere.

I mean I've probably have gotten thousands of dumpsters in my life and this was the WORST experience I have ever had in my entire life . I couldn't use my regular Disposal Company due to the proximity of my project so I figured I'd try these guys for the first time . I don't even know how I could possibly articulate how bad this company is . I called for a dumpster removal at my job site on Thursday and they didn't grab it until Wednesday 7 Days Later . I called every single day saying that it needs to go immediately because I have concrete coming for my trench drain. I scheduled my jobs hour by hour and day by day and I will never ever use this company again. I must have talked to three or four people over those 6 days of begging them to please get rid of this dumpster they all made a very clear that they could care less about my business. They would say I'm trying our best , we're trying to find a driver, he's leaving now and heading to your job site but never showed up , I don't even want to go on anymore . I'm probably going to need another couple thousand dumpsters for my job sites in the future and they lost all of them for one 30-yard dumpster . Although it doesn't seem like they care the way I was treated and talked to.
