I don't like how Bathrooms are locked, They should be unlocked for customer use. Another thing is the app to Enter & Exit stop working at 8pm. My unit also leaks and until another 10x20 unit is available I have to deal with a leaking unit. read more

Very short availability of utility carts. Bathrooms are locked every time I go here (during normal office hours).

Mouse droppings everywhere inside the unit. They continually raise the rates, knowing what a hassle it is to move out. Their only solution to the rodent droppings is to pay extra for the insurance, which they say you can "put in a claim" to possibly be reimbursed for the damage. So pay extra to get your property damaged by rodents. So needless to say, they gave zero effort to compensate me for stuff damaged because of their serious lack of rodent control read more

5 stars to Capree ! I bought a storage unit for my 1 bedroom apartment while waiting for my new home to be ready and underestimated how much stuff I had. When I saw the unit I realized it was way to small but my moving company was already here. I went to the office to see if there was any bigger units available with such short notice and I met with manager Capree. She was so helpful in finding me a new unit that would fit everything I had and even better on the first floor ! Thank you to Capree for the help on what would have been an even more stress filled situation. read more

Just got my first unit for myself, I was hoping they would have some sort of referral program since I just got my father 2 fairly large units costing hundreds a month. Jussara was great though and checked me in while I was running late and she was more than accommodating. She showed me around the facility and told me all the do's and donts. She told me she just became the property manager, from what I saw I think she will do a great job! Thanks again Jussara! I haven't had time to stop in and actually use my unit but so far no issues, I would give 5 stars if they offered a referral incentive and allowed access to units past 9 pm. Not very helpful to people who work nights like myself. read more

I had reserve a 10x20 storage unit. Kristen helped me with finding the right one. An literally it was FINDING. She called me in advance to make an appointment. Which is good because I can be forgetful. She took me to see my unit on the 3rd floor and I loved it but my friend wants to rent a drive up unit. So therefore we had to go back to the unit. I felt so bad giving her the run a round because my friend and I cannot decide. We got to the drive up unit and the unit was not in good condition so therefore we cannot get it. :( Kristen explained everything about the unit, difference between indoor unit and out. We then again decide to move to a unit on the 1st floor. Kristen just smiled and assist me all the way from finding the right nit and the right price. I did not feel rushed at all with Kristen and felt very comfortable walking out with all my questions answered. read more

BEWARE--OUR BELONGINGS WERE RUINED. Horrible service. Rude management. Many items in our unit were destroyed due to mice getting into the units. Traps are set everywhere so they know it's an issue they don't tell their tenants about. Water damage as well from a leaky pipe that we knew nothing about until move out. When I called the manager hung up on me. So mature and responsible. Go somewhere else. read more

The only reason they even get one star is because they have 4 walls and a roof. That's the bare minimum required of a storage facility. Beyond that, this has been the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. From the beginning they refused to honor the rate I was quoted online, then failed to complete paperwork on their end to sign me up for autopay which resulted in a late fee. Three weeks of phone calls back and forth I finally got the late fee waived but they still wouldn't honor the original rate. Then I get an email that out of the blue they are increasing their rates by almost $30/mo!!!!! I have to say I have never needed to use a storage facility before and God forbid I ever do in the future, it wont be with public storage. Run far and fast from this place unless you have expendable income. read more

I really wish Yelp had a ZERO rating option. Do yourself a favor, USE another company!!!!! I am owed a refund. I spoke to the Manager, She stated that I would get a check. Never got it. Emailed Headquaters. No response. Never moved a single piece of my belongings in. I paid cash. 24 hours later, I went back because I relaized that I didnt need the unit. $100 of my hard earned money and they have not returned my money. BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!! Taking customers money like that. NOT even a partial refund. Go elsewhere. This Company will eventually learn the hard way not to rip customers off! read more

The storage shed only has three carts. For as large as it is, there should be more. Management should be monitoring the use of the carts as one couple was hogging two. Also the restroom is locked most of the times we go there. read more

I had a terrible experience with public storage in South Weymouth. When we removed our items from storage there was water in the unit on the floor. Most of our items were covered in MOLD & had to be thrown away. Horrible experience. read more

The worst experience I've EVER, EVER had with customer service. Just know that when you use this storage company, you are going to be attacked by fees and poor customer service. I was basically threatened by the miserable woman that I spoke with. I recommend Uhaul ten times over! My dad warned me that it was a huge rip off, up front and he was right. read more

Our storage needs came upon us quickly and we did not have a lot of time to research. We selected this facility based on the proximity and reviews and are glad we did. The facility is clean and well managed. Lindsay has been tremendously helpful and accommodating. We've got enough to worry about when moving, so it is nice to know storage is not one of them. read more

Very helpful to me during some very difficult times, I have a special needs child who does not take to many changes in his lifestyle, so moving into a new home was not easy for him or myself. Krysten at the Weymouth facility was very nice and quite helpful. I have not received much help in the move but she actually called to make sure the move went as smooth as possible and to see if we were moved into our new home, believe it or not she was the only one that actually did this for me as I was having to make the move alone so it was very much appreciated and went a long with me as far as customer service is concerned. the facility was always clean and plenty of carts and advice on extra storage units were made available when needed during the move. On a personal note having a child that suffers from autism during a time like this can be a traumatic experience and she was very helpful during this transitions my son took the matter a lot better than expected. Dont fall for this Business. They lure you in with a one dollar first month rate, and then proceed to increase the rent at their convenience, knowing well the inconveniences of moving out. 2 rental increases within one year and now i'm paying over 25% more than initially contracted. No repairs to non-working lighting in my unit despite repeat request. Not sure, but they may respond to small claims court for deceptive business practices. Looking forward to finding out. This is my first yelp review and i signed up specifically to call out this business. Look up their consumer complaints: there are pages and pages of stories so much worse than mine that i'm probably one of the lucky ones. read more
