We had our entire house contents at this storage facility for over two years. The pros are that all…read moreour stuff was kept safe. There are cameras everywhere. The hours are good and access to the facility is easy. The facility it very well lit. You are given an access number for after hours. If you stay past closing security shows up to check things out. There is a big enough space for a moving truck and there are always plenty of dollies to cart your stuff around. Just pray that more than one truck doesn't show up on your moving day. The people in the office could be more approachable. They were eating or on break a lot of the times I visited. We chose the climate controlled unit. The reason for such a low rating are the cons. All our stuff was covered in mouse dropping when we moved out. The stink was unbearable. We had to go buy face masks in fear of catching something. We found a huge mouse nest under a piece of our furniture in the middle of the unit. We ended up throwing out all our beautiful leather couches and mattresses and most of the furniture. I do not recommend long term storage at this facility.
