When I asked about the wardrobe boxes we requested, I was told they didn't have any, and could wrap everything in trash bags or move it ourselves...well, that's disappointing because we made the request & had it confirmed in writing, AND you state on your website "Our truck comes fully loaded with all that you might need. At last moment if you require any packing material, it will be with our team" but that's fine, we'll figure something out (like 3 more carloads on our own). My wife wants me to give Marco Polo 5 stars, but I feel she can write her own review if she feels that strongly. I'm giving them a solid 4 because really, the move would not have happened without them.
