The bad thing of it is there's a camera right there and for some reason they say their cameras glitched out at the time that my stuff was stolen . There was a billing error on my account that prevented me from accessing my unit right away. Violet went above and beyond to make the right calls to rectify the issue and help us access our unit until the issue was resolved. This is the worse storage facility I've ever used . This is for the 67th and cottage location…read more it's dark . There are no lights in the unit. The units have small house room sized doors. There were only 3 broken carts for the entire facility. There is only access while the office is open so you have to be done by 5:30 Monday through Friday, even earlier on Saturday and they are not open on Sunday.. There were roaches crawling outside the unit across from my unit on the wall. My vintage Mrs.Clause giant musical ornament has been eaten through by mice. 3 days after my bill was due on a$130 unit, I said I wanted to move out. I was told I'd be charged $68 for a prorated amount for 4 days that was actually half a months rent. There is one very rude unprofessional woman who talks nasty !I was told I could only use a money order to close out the unit.

Moving and packing supplies are available for purchase. The floors are remarkably clean (!!!), there is no humidity in the halls (during the Spring/Summer.
