Update on my review. U-Haul representative called me this morning and ask me about the complaint…read morethat I did online. I told her that I was billed for not putting gas back in the vehicle and mileage which was incorrect. That I put $20 in the truck to replace the gas. That one of their employees checked and inspected the vehicle interior and exterior and stated that all was good and I would receive a refund. She put me on hold to go check the vehicle and said it was on full. It's three days later and it hasn't been rented. Well all I can say is that the truth prevail and they are reversing the charges and I will receive my refund in two to three business days but I will not be using their services again.

All parts for the hitch are their own. For anyone that has done this before it shouldn't take anymore then around 20 minutes. They offered wiring for an additional cost and since I was here, I figured why not. The window I was given for for an hour. I figured approximately an hour and a half just to be safe. They almost a full four hours stating "needed time to charge a battery" and "complications". Clearly they didn't know what they were doing. I needed to go to work and the manager Orran just kept staring that he could remove the hitch and wires and it would take about the same as the amount of time as it would to simply finish it He kept promising completion in 15min. 40min. and then when I would remind him he would change the amount of time he claimed originally and then he changed what time he stated it. These people are so corrupt and dishonest. They even charged me additionally for the "extra time". Finally, they refused to give me any kind of a warranty on the work they did or on their parts.

They are falsely advertising climate controlled storage units. I spoke with the manager she helped me in doing my insurance claim. Unfortunately because movers moved my belongings into storage I am unable to get better pictures to send to the insurance company. I used the website and the app for most of my pre-rental questions. When I arrived, Aida was very professional and helpful. She made sure I found my unit and even helped me transport my items. The only thing I didn't like was their access hours (9:30 AM-5 PM on the weekends and 6 PM during the week.) I would rent from them again if I ever have the need.

Our driver waited patiently the entire time, but one guy (who was outside spotting for the truck driver) called our driver a "fat ass" as we drove past them.
