I used the website and the app for most of my pre-rental questions. When I arrived, Aida was very professional and helpful. She made sure I found my unit and even helped me transport my items. The only thing I didn't like was their access hours (9:30 AM-5 PM on the weekends and 6 PM during the week.) I would rent from them again if I ever have the need.

The young lady on the phone was professional and made sure I was well informed. These guys were strong, fast, prompt, professional and extremely courteous. They moved my one bedroom apartment to my home in one hour and 45 minutes. The only down side was since I moved on a Sunday I had to pre-pay for three hours and again they were done in 1.75. The rates are fair so I wasn't too upset. This company will be my go to, I will always request, James, Rob and Alonzo, they did an excellent job!!!!

I needed movers QUICK & they were across the street and available. The move was fraught with drama…read moreand gaslighting. From the begining I was told there was a 2 hr. Minimum. The day of, I was told there was a 2 1/2 hour minimum. It went over, so it didn't matter anyway. Also the guy came over to assess my move & what I had in my storage. I was trying to explain to him how I wanted things done & he shut me down & said, " tell the movers. Let them know what needs to be done." They get there and 1 guy doesn't let me get a word in edgewise. He won't let me talk. If the 3 guys, he was the 1 that made the whole process MISERABLE. After we got my jewelry display cabinet on the truck, ( which he said, could not be done) this guy took the most bathroom breaks and stayed on his phone. He influenced the other 2 to ride the click, just by his behavior. I met them at my new location and told them to start unloading the truck, as I had to take a lyft to get there. They were standing around doing NITHING when I arrived. Because I got into an argument with that 1 guy over him talking on the phone, the other guys, said to me, " You should be nice to him. He's the driver." Obviously, he had seen him do some f'd up stuff to folks before and he got me good. I SUSPECT that he flattened 1 If the tires of my hand truck at the end of the move. We used it ALL day but at the end, it was on a flat. He also took some other items of mine, I suspect. He was in such a big hurry to get out of there that he almost left 1 of the workers behind! This dude had such a horrible attitude for most of that day. But I am thankful to have it all behind me and my major things arrived safely and intact. But I wouldn't hire them again. For regular household stuff, I'm sure they're fine. But I'm sure you can find folks that will actually move faster and respect that you're paying by the hour and not lollygag.
