I chose this facility because it's close by. After…read moreconfirming on line, I got a call the next day from Katrina to see if I had any questions. I used another PS before, so I was familiar with procedures. The day of move in, Katrina was at the desk. She showed me the unit which was clean, but the light inside had no on/off switch. She offered to get it fixed, but I would have had to leave my lock key. I get the feeling it should have been fixed long ago, when the unit was empty, and should have been preinspected prior to my rental. That's my only complaint. Katrina covered all parts of the contract, and offered several packing items for moving help. She is professional, and friendly, and was a pleasure to do business with.
