Initially, I ordered a unit that was too small, but Sue was super helpful in getting me a larger unit on the same floor so I didn't have to drag all the stuff a far distance. The building is highly secured and surveillance. Parking is conveniently located close to the building so you didn't have to transport your belongings too far. There are trolleys for you to use and there was never a shortage of them. You need an access code to get into the storage building and to operate the elevator. Temperature in the elevator was kind of brutal during the summer months, but was well controlled in the units itself. The property is clean and highly organized. The main office even has tons of boxes and moving packages to purchase from for a very reasonable price. Sue was always the most helpful whether I had a question or had to change my move-out date, she was my go-to girl- always returning my calls. I've had many experiences with storage units but this was by far the best experience I've had. Highly recommended!!

Everything is COVERED in ran feces and urine. You NEED breathing equipment, gloves, and sanitary equipment to even go into the units. This was across MULTIPLE units with MULTIPLE friends on SEPERATE occasions. None of these friends were related in any way either... This is a problem with the property. What's even worse is that this isn't the only Public Storage property that I've been to like this. In fact, it's the 2nd one... It makes me absolutely sick. The conditions are straight hazardous. The Health Department needs to investigate and condemn this and other locations desperately. They're so dangerous.
