I hired All my sons to do a local move, did a video walk through on my 4,000 Sq ft home and was quoted for 2 BIG trucks and 6 movers, packing and unpacking of my entire house. The morning of my move I was notified that a truck had broken down and I would only be getting 1 truck and 5 movers. When the truck did arrive, it had little to no parking supplies,so had I not packed and boxed most items myself, the move wouldn't have happened. A smaller truck arrived 2 hours later. I moved 2 miles from my original home and was back and forth between properties when I discovered money had been stolen from outside of a bday gift I had just received. I called the manager (Jermaine) who said his only recourse was that I call the police and that he would consent to the truck and his workers being searched. Shortly after the phone call one of the men handed my spouse the money. I continued with the move as I has to be out of the house that day, the new owners were moving in the next day. It took this company 12 hours, to move my household 2 miles, and they did not put any of my furniture, fitness equipment back together, they just dumped most of my household good between my 3 car garage, with no order or care. The manager (Jermaine) called and at hour 9 stating that the guys were in danger of violating their 14 hour work window and would have to drop everything where it was finjshed packing or not, and proceed to the new house and unload all my items without putting anything back together. These people dumped all my household good in my 3 car garage and left. However, they were paid 5k to move us, pack, unpack and none of that was done. I live in Maryland and if you come across the Springfield, VA location RUN!!!! Jermaine and his team were beyond unprofessional and his movers were lazy, inexperienced, and thieves who ultimately made us have to pay other movers to sort the mess out they left behind. He then tried to blame us because of the elapsed time, and told us we should have contacted him if his movers were doing what needed to be done. My spouse and I both talked to the team leads who were on site about 3 of rhe workers dragging and not being productive. This was the most unprofessional, disorganized moving company I've ever done business with. If Ever need to move a large home, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Before the move, they text and call nonstop, now that I need customer service no one is around and there is no email etc where you can write corporate about your experience. RUNNNNNNN my pics show what kind of services these people provide. There are countless Google reviews about this particular location, that has a history of damaging furniture and homes during the move, showing up to the move with small trucks knowing it won't fit the job, and the manager/owner Jermaine being rude combative and not handling the customers with the care and feeding this company says it provides. I was even threatened that if I complained to the owner too much, he would cancel the move, which is a threat of sorts if you really need your items moved, you are urged by workers not to make too much noise or your move will be canceled. I know this cannot be the image All My Sons wants out here about there company. The service I paid for I did not get, please see how my items were dumped with no car3 in the attached photos. Respectfully,

Run don't walk away from this moving company. They broke 80% of the furniture they moved for us. The workers are lazy and stalled in order to rack up extra time and money. They moved a one bedroom condo and it took them all day long costing us around $1500. They broke 80% of our belongings. They dropped and destroyed my television set taking it off of the truck. They also broke the legs off of my dresser and bed frame taking them off of the truck as we watched them. They left a third of the furniture so we had to hire another company to complete the job. The company refused to reimburse us a dime, even though I emailed them the same day to tell them about the damages and stalling. Stay far, far away from All My Sons. This is the worse moving company in Maryland. I contacted consumer protection and am now working with an attorney to get my furniture back to the way they found it. Below are pictures of some of the damages but far from all of the damages they caused.

Completely over priced, especially for the quality of service. They charged me $1700 to move ONE BEDROOM (that was completely packed up in boxes). On top of the ludicrous price, the movers banged up my furniture and dented two walls in both apartments. When I was visibly upset and expressed my disappointment, one of the movers told me to "smile". Will never use this moving company again.

Everything. Run from this company. Damaged everything. Unprofessional. Rude. Offer basically nothing for damages.

You need a code to walk anywhere... From accessing the entrance or the main area. - The fees are very reasonable all things considered. In addition the website has a number of specials based on the size of the unit and how long you intend to rent. -The sell packing and storage supplies, including boxes and tape if you forget anything. - The entrance to the shopping center has a stop light... Now, this may not seem like much but if you are driving a rented truck or a van a light makes all the difference. - The common areas as well as the outside area that is theirs is very clean. "The Meh" - It's kinda funky, the storefront is in the main parking lot accessed in the front. However, the entrance to the majority of the storage units is in the rear as well as the access area for the trucks and vans. - The do run with a skeletal crew so sometimes when the staff is out showing units they will not be able to assist you immediately, but be patient... you went on that same tour once too just to see what the units looked like. "The Bad" - Nothing really bad to comment on.

With my sister selling her house on Gibson Island, and with a very short turnaround to get some of…read moreher furniture, I found myself in a scramble to arrange movers from Gibson Island to Baltimore County. TMAAT was recommended and they did not disappoint! I called and spoke to Renada on a Wednesday to arrange movers for a week later. She was very patient and quickly walked me through the steps, took my inventory and answered questions. After some discussion with family, I called back to confirm and spoke with Derek who was just as professional. He suggested I might need three men instead of two and explained the pricing was basically the same. Upon receiving the emailed quote/pre-move confirmation, I noticed the starting address was incorrect. I called on a Saturday and Makayla updated the address while I was on the phone and promptly emailed it to me for signature. The day before the move I called to confirm everything and was told everything was set. The morning of the move, Jerrell called me with an ETA of 55 minutes. He, along with George and Marcus, arrived exactly on time and ready to help. All three were professional and very friendly, upbeat and positive for an early morning, and agreeable to wearing booties in the house per the real estate agent since it had been raining for two days. I admit they had bug eyes when I pointed out extremely heavy patio furniture, but they got right to work and were careful and efficient. They wrapped mattresses and patio heaters, were very careful with artwork and followed instructions of where to place the items as they took them off the truck in Baltimore County. I had paid $100 deposit prior to the move, and this amount was included in my final payment, which was shockingly the exact amount they quoted me in my estimate. No upcharges or extra fees. I honestly expected about $200 more in fees since I was right at the 6-hour deadline. I appreciated their honesty and integrity with my belongings and my money and time. They made moving day way less stressful and a positive experience due to their timeliness, professionalism and kindness, not to mention their lighthearted and friendly attitudes. I would definitely use this company again and hope to get these THREE MEN AND A TRUCK: Jerrell, George and Marcus. After the move, I got a couple of texts from Seth asking how the move went and asking for some follow up. I appreciated the reach out, as it showed the company values feedback.

I'll be blunt: fuck this company. I'd give 0 stars or negative if I could. I should've read more…read morereviews prior to hiring these incompetent people. Now, reading the other reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet in a way. I'm actually flabbergasted this company is still functioning or allowed to operate. I plan to complain to BBB. To preface: I honestly don't even know what location my movers were coming out of. The paperwork was inconsistent. My paperwork listed Crofton, MD, but the individual I spoke with over the phone said they just have their Red Branch location now, so I assumed that's where they'd be coming from. I wouldn't trust any/either of the Maryland locations at all though. I booked a move roughly two weeks ago. A SMALL, very SIMPLE move. Just about 1 bedroom worth of stuff to a studio apartment 30 mins away (Dundalk to Towson). I spoke with Chantel on the phone and she was relatively nice and helpful. I paid a $100 deposit. As the move approached I received numerous calls, voicemails and texts to confirm my move. I confirmed with them over the phone. My new building is a high rise and I had to reserve a loading dock and freight elevator and the reservations are 3-hour time blocks. I blocked off 11am-2pm at the loading dock, informed the movers of this, and they assured me they would be at my place to begin the move between 8:30 and 10am-ish. At 9am I got a call from Two Men and the guy said he wanted to be "really transparent with me" and informed me that he had a "bunch of guys with the flu called out sick" and he would be unable to perform my move today. He asked if I could reschedule my move for 4 DAYS LATER on CHRISTMAS EVE. Are you fucking kidding me??! All my belongings were in boxes, I had slept on the couch because I took apart my bed and moved my mattress (in order to make the move easier for the movers), and I had nowhere to sleep for another 4 nights, nor any clothes, shower items, etc because everything was IN BOXES READY TO MOVE. What the hell?! I had this reservation for 2 weeks!! He then said he could do it tomorrow (so somehow he went from "I can do this 4 days from now" to "I can do this tomorrow" ??). He said he'd do it at a discount. I asked how large of a discount? He said he couldn't tell me LOL Are you kidding me? You're offering me a discount but can't tell me how much, what a joke. Unacceptable. At that point I was 1) running late to my loading dock reservation time, 2) very upset and angry, and 3) had a VERY bad feeling about these movers and no longer trusted anything they said or had to offer me. It was so obvious they were lying blatantly to my face lmao They really think I'm fucking stupid. I don't believe for one second that "all your guys are sick." Boo fucking hoo. Not my problem. Hire more employees so you can cover for the ones who are out sick. I am PAYING YOU to do YOUR JOB! How do I even know your guys are "sick" for real. I doubt they're even actually sick. They were probably just out late drinking the previous night or whatever and called in "sick." Whether they're sick or not is not the point. The point is that I DO NOT CARE, I paid for a service and I expect that service to be carried out. I got so pissed, I didn't even bother to call these idiots back. I am lucky to have some very supportive, very kind friends who stepped up for me and we performed the move ourselves in roughly 4 hours; myself, one man, and my (currently pregnant) best friend. To be clear: my PREGNANT best friend (who can't lift heavy objects at the moment) was more helpful than these ""two men."" Thanks to my friend's help, I completed my move without this shitty company, and I also got my deposit back (after my friend advocated for me and demanded it back). DO NOT HIRE. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE LIE TO YOU. DO NOT LET THEM LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. DO NOT TRUST. I truly don't understand how they can expect people to simply reschedule a move the day of. A move is a pre-planned, pre-arranged ordeal. I don't need to explain this but many moves have a time constraint: my time constraint was just a loading dock, but often times people absolutely HAVE to have all their belongings out of a place by a certain day and time or their stuff could simply be thrown in the street. Sometimes emergencies happen and people have to move out FAST (for safety reasons, for their kids, so they can start a new job right away, etc). I'm lucky I wasn't currently in a situation like that, but it's unacceptable for a moving company to cancel on you last minute or not show up when your whole life revolves around your move and your housing situation. I am ultimately so glad these people never touched any of my belongings. My friends and I used our collective strength, motivation, savvy, and hustle to complete my move with one platform dolly and 2 SUV's. My friend said it best: it's a case of "if you want something done right DO IT YOURSELF."
