He apologized for all the inconvenience and gave some of the reasoning as to why the delay had happened, all of which was fair. He addressed more of my concerns in my original review. From what I understood, the carriers are third-party, so they can't really control delays. He understood my frustration about the refund being only about $24 and asked how much would I think is fair. I said $200. He said that's completely fair and ended up zelling me the money right after the phone call. Obviously the move itself was a bit frustrating, but this I think more than made up for it and it was super validating feeling like he understood where I was coming from. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the conversation and the resolution.

It was nice when you knew the faces and names of people. Some carts don't work as they should - a wheel off, doesn't turn. To get you in, they start with low fees but you will need to pay for the year if you want to keep that fee. That's standard practice so that's a reminder cos once it goes up it's up. Any specials don't apply to existing customers oh well. I know that they auctioned a friend's storage units without contacting her at all, which is against the law - so keep in mind this could happen if you don't pay the fees. And burned our car to a total loss. We even took out the extra insurance and all they paid us was $500 for a total loss vehicle and all of our belongings in it.
