I had previously rented with them and was impressed with their climate controlled, clean facility, so I thought it was my best option. Mini U saved the day! Within minutes, I had secured two large units (discounted for the first month), and our movers were able to unload us quickly using one of the several loading dock options. Mini-U also allows renters to use a courtesy van or truck for a very reasonable $20, and that definitely came in handy a few weeks later. Special shout-out to Kierston, who is a model for customer service and professionalism. She was extremely compassionate and calm during my stressful situation. She reached out when she noticed I hadn't locked my unit completely, and also when I was nearing the end of my rental term to make sure I didn't get overcharged.
