If I could give Express Scripts zero stars, I would. My experience with their "customer service" and internal policies has been nothing short of a bureaucratic nightmare. Every time I call, I am met with a labyrinthine automated system designed to keep me from speaking to a human. When I finally do reach a representative, they are either: Ill-informed. Powerless. Indifferent. It appears the company's policies prioritize its bottom line over its clients. Express Scripts is the poster child for everything wrong with the American healthcare system. They force you to use a service that clearly does not care about you. If you have a choice, go anywhere else. Save yourself the stress and the inevitable headache. Bottom line: Inefficient, unreliable, and utterly dismissive of customer needs. Avoid at all costs. read more

I have used Express Scripts for 20 years, provided by Jersey City. I was at ground zero, 9-11-01. The World Trade Center First Responders Network switched from Optum, to Express Scripts, last year. That express scripts account is used mostly for my cancer. Today, 02 April 2024, I got notice again for the 6th time "We can't fill your prescription because another insurance company is responsible for the primary payment", even though Express Scripts is, THE OTHER COMPANY !!!!! I have written letters, spent hours on the phone, been handed off to different departments, all to no avail. If they can't distinguish between 2 accounts, how can we be sure they can tell the difference between medications? Do we have to look up each med we get to see if its the right one? Thanks for reading my rant, your the only one listening! read more

This is an Express Scripts Accredo Specialty Pharmacy location. Here lies the Accredo super star Call Center Reps and supervisors who help patients every day get their meds and therapies on time with lowest cost possible. They also have some IT support staff to ensure systems are against to users, members and physicians to prevent disruption of care. These people do God's work everyday read more

My wife picked up some prescriptions for me today and when I opened the bag and took it out I saw something black inside a bottle of white pills. I took a closer look and found that a dead bug was in the bottle alongside my pills. I'm absolutely disgusted and can't imagine how unhygienic this pharmacy must be to miss a whole black bug in a bottle of white pills. I won't be back to this CVS under any circumstances and will stick with Walgreens.

This particular location, the Publix near Lake Eola, is not a location I shop FREQUENTLY, but it is one that I pass through more than some other locations. It is centrally located, making it fairly easy to get to. It has FREE parking underground - which is a perk in that area because street parking, pending the day and time, can get a bit tricky to find. The staff is usually always kind. Since it is near Lake Eola, this location does get a lot of foot traffic, so at times, it can get congested. It is a bit smaller than some other locations, but again, you can get a good amount of what you need here. Outside of that, it's your standard grocery store.

I picked up some chips, drinks, and a sandwich to go. The staff was very friendly and got me through the door quickly. I had a great time here and am happy with my first visit to Publix.

First, seating can be a challenge. There is plenty of outdoor seating but not much indoors. The day we went it was pretty hot and sitting outside was not the most enjoyable experience at times. Second, I fully support spending money at local businesses but the tipping culture here felt a bit excessive. I bought a bag of coffee beans with no drink and was prompted for a tip. I spent $45 for 12 pieces of chocolates at Oban Chocolatier and was asked for a tip there too. Same thing when I spent about $25 on four cookies at Gideon's Bakehouse. I am happy to support but it started to feel like a lot in a not enjoyable way. Third, the hours between vendors can be a bit awkward. We came around brunch time which worked for some spots but others were not open yet. For example, Domu does not open until dinner (5PM) and Gyukatsu Rose was not opening until later in the afternoon (3 PM) Overall, I think this is a great place to check out especially if you enjoy trying a variety of local spots. Just plan ahead for seating and timing and be prepared for lots of tip prompts along the way.

The bag policy permits only clear bags, except for diaper bags and bags for medical items. There is a maximum of 2 minors per paid adult allowed. All minors 17 and under have to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian 21+. There were guided parking and ample parking spaces when we arrived. Check points were set up for bag checks, metal detectors and of course ticket collection. The staff members working the bag check and the exit gate were courteous and polite. The Fairgrounds was not crowded so it was easy to walk about and not bump into other people. There was law enforcement presence inside and outside the Fairgrounds.

The service I received was amazing and quick compared to the big retail pharmacies I have gone to in the past. Within the same day I was contacted by Lily who got all the information she needed for my insurance, and she was super kind and patient with all of my questions. Secondly, my medication was delivered in three days which is far sooner than I would have expected and I am very pleased with my experience. Moral of the story, please don't let all of the negative reviews deter you from giving this great pharmacy a try because people like myself have nothing but great things to say.

I am not the one to snap at! Turns out the Rx was prescribed back on the 9th! The day I was released from the hospital and should have been taking it 3x a day, but today is the day I was notified! Something has happened and I am not sure I will be using Harrison's anymore. They offered to deliver my meds to my home so I don't have to deal with Sandra, but still why was I just notified today about a Rx that I should have been taking 3 x a day since the 9th!??? This type of negligence can not go on when people are fighting life threatening cancer and other illnesses! I am so disappointed in this mix up, but the uncaring customer service from Sandra is unacceptable and she should be ashamed of herself!

My doctor had written me a prescription for a compound cream for foot and no one seemed to be able to make it. When it wasn't ready in one day they offered to drive it to my home when it was. What! Now, that is great customer service! Great old time looking place that you remember from growing up. Now, this part... is not about WHAT she said, it was HOW she said it. She VERY rudely told my grandmother that she can not and will not touch her phone and will not speak with them. My grandmother ended the call with Walgreens and this manager constantly repeated herself about recommending to call her insurance provider. My grandmother would ask a question and her only response she could possibly think of was "call your insurance" no matter the question! My grandmother is nearing 70 years old and has a hard time understanding some things, which is why I come along. As my grandmother was ready to leave, the manager decided to say YET AGAIN "call your insurance provider blah blah" I responded to her that I heard her and will explain it to my grandmother. As we were walking to our vehicle, I was already explaining what she was recommending to my grandmother and this manager had the audacity to FOLLOW US OUTSIDE to tell us that we were being rude and we are not welcomed back. I'm sorry but not once was anything said during that conversation was rude OTHER THAN HERSELF. I had not said a single word to her until we were on our way out when I stated that I will explain it to her. She followed us out to "confront" us and I hope she feels like a complete bitch because even then, during the confrontation, we were not rude, if anything we were CONFUSED and SHOCKED to even see her walk out those doors, nothing was said besides me attempting to explain myself and explain that I was not rude and was only saying I would explain it to her. I don't know what this lady has up her ass but someone needs to do her a favor and rip the damn thing out. Living in Celebration, we had heard of this pharmacy but had yet to stop by. We were greeted by the pharmacist on duty, Dr. Turner (one of the Turner brothers). We were given a welcome gift bag after registering our info to pick up the Rx, which was waiting for us less than an hour after it was called in. This welcome bag included a weekly pill container, a package of Kleenex, a small eyeglass repair kit, a toothbrush, nail clippers, chapstick, a pen and some informational fliers. This is a family owned pharmacy, and Dr. Turner told us they have been servicing the Disney area for 40 years, and have been in this celebration location since 2009. They were fully stocked with toilet paper, Clorox, cleaning supplies, and Lysol - which are increasingly hard to get items during these times of Covid. The store policy requires face masks to enter the store, but they also had some disposable masks for sale in the event you came without. The staff was friendly and helpful and we learned they are open 7 days a week, even on holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving! They deliver meds to your house or nearby hotel and they are a compounding pharmacy as well. We will definitely be coming back to Turners and recommend this pharmacy to anyone visiting the parks or live nearby.
