I scanned all of the items and all of the coupons. When I tried to check out the system glitched and called for the manager. She reset it and walked away to help another customer. It glitched again and would not accept any form of payment. I put my stuff back in the basket and left. I didn't get charged anything but I lost my coupons. I doubt Walgreens would do this to me. They have a large lot that wraps around the side of the building with plenty of parking. I also appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy window. Luckily I am not filling medication often, but they always seem to move fairly quickly when I am there. Staff has always been friendly, even greeting regular customers by name.

When I mentioned I had a Nespresso package to the worker behind the counter, they seemed unsure about what they were looking for and appeared a bit lagging in their efforts. This significantly slowed down the process, making what should have been a quick pickup take much longer than expected. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up packages at Walgreens, the lack of efficiency in this instance was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
