He showed me various options and explained exactly how it would change from a walker to a wheelchair. He also said he would adjust the item for her. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and I noticed that he had everything in the store from canes, walkers, wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs and armchairs that are motorized to help a person stand. He works on all of this! I got his card and talked with my husband about when to get it for her: Christmas, now. Etc. We decided to get it for her as an early Christmas present . I took her to the shop yesterday and she loved it! She mentioned it was extremely comfortable not only in the handles but in the seat. We also purchased a cup holder and quilt items for Christmas presents that his wife makes. He is a "no pressure" individual and is happy to answer any questions that you may have. He is also close by so we can contact him if we need to for anything.
