I visited this store originally in July. I spoke with Don about a better walker for my mom. She…read morelikes to sit on her walker even though she's not supposed to and I wanted to get her one that she could do so, and it would turn into a wheelchair so I could push her comfortably. He showed me various options and explained exactly how it would change from a walker to a wheelchair. He also said he would adjust the item for her. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and I noticed that he had everything in the store from canes, walkers, wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs and armchairs that are motorized to help a person stand. He works on all of this! I got his card and talked with my husband about when to get it for her: Christmas, now. Etc. We decided to get it for her as an early Christmas present . I took her to the shop yesterday and she loved it! She mentioned it was extremely comfortable not only in the handles but in the seat. We also purchased a cup holder and quilt items for Christmas presents that his wife makes. He is a "no pressure" individual and is happy to answer any questions that you may have. He is also close by so we can contact him if we need to for anything.

This is the absolute WORST, INCOMPETENT customer service experience I've ever experienced. I was…read morepromised a phone call by the manager that she would go to pick up my supplies personally and that I would receive them the following day. No equipment, no phone call. I made 6 trips to the Sweet Water store over a 4 week period and was never afforded the courtesy of phone call to be told they DID NOT have my equipment or an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was given excuses by the manager, Jennifer Butler, that "I had an emergency and couldn't pick up your supplies", no phone call again. When I finally received my mask it was the wrong size. When I returned to the store for the 5th time, I was accused of switching the original small mask on the return, for the medium I received that she actually gave me. She was insistent that she had given me the small that I ordered and accused me of switching to a medium. Next I had to return the CPAP tubing because I ordered a heated hose and was given NON heated item. This woman was insulting, rude and totally incompetent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Sweet Water Medical.

However upon switching to a different vape product , I took my time spoke with the sales rep , he instructed me to purchase the smok novo 2 , I purchase that along with incense and juice for my new vape. I was so unpleased with the product, the pull was horrible , the flavor was horrible. I called the store that I trusted to make this purchase and asked them if they would exchange it for me since I just bought it yesterday. (Has not even been a full 24 hours) The man over the phone said no , no refunds or exchanges. I've spent hundred of dollars here weekly and I don't throw my money away, apparently they don't value their customers because this is just completely disappointing. I will not shop here again and any one who asks me I will not direct them to ship here as well. They have lost my trust and I don't recommend you invest in any expensive items as they will not look out for their customers. Very sad to experience this from climax Vape shop !!!
