The whole experience lead me to believe the business is suffering (limited employees and supplies, unclean surroundings, manager's conversations, high priced service) Even with recent price increases, the price was too high. My husband called Toyota and the cost would have been much less. We have had good experiences at Pep Boys on Montlimar. We'll return there or take it to a Toyota dealership next time.

I explained the situation and how my friend would be leaving Sunday evening to go home (this was simply a weekend visit) and asked if they could possibly take a look at her vehicle. Surprisingly, they told me to go ahead and come in as soon as she arrived in Mobile. I was grateful they were going to see us, especially given it was Friday and only a couple hours until close. But would you believe they stayed after about 15 minutes to finish up her car? I am sure after a hardworking and busy week, everyone was eager to go home but they cared enough about us and our situation to stay the extra 15 minutes. I need to mention as well that this wasn't some kind of money making job. What they charged us wasn't much which makes it even more impressive they still cared. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the integrity and compassion of everyone at Majestic Tire. Not only is their pricing competitive, they do quality work and everyone I have interacted with has been so nice. They could communicate more letting their customer know what's going on and how long the wait will actually be; it will eliminate the customer frustration.
