I had to pay for all this to be adjusted and was a pretty penny I had to pay. They're in a small vehicle and don't have the right equipment to handle such a job and to put things back as they were. They came that morning about 9:30 and didn't leave until that afternoon about 8:30. Worked in the dark for about 3 hours. This company is good for simple jobs but not important things like adequately performing difficult services.

I left with a car now in safe operating condition and within my budget. $362.00 for all of it and friendly conversation as Paul is a race car enthusiast who races up in Loxley. Charlie would "fix" the issue then a few days later it would start again....had to keep paying while the mechanic continued to guess at what the problem was. To no avail. Issue was never resolved and I came out of pocket over $500. Very nonchalant and unconcerned once you have paid your money. Do yourself a favor go to a reputable mechanic who has managers & supervisors where the standard of work done and not done can be withheld. You will save yourself time/money/energy. The cheaper route may be the most convenient at the time sometimes. But not always. You get what you pay for.

I brought my car to this shop I thought the wheel Barron was going out and I had lights going off…read moreinside my car I didn't know what was causing the lights to go off so I also wanted them to check that out. I dropped the car off on a Friday on Monday we go up there and they tell us an employee has hit my car but they are willing to fix it so they fix the bumper tell me that my wheel Barron is fine but I need some converter that's $350 then I get a call saying it's not the converter thing it's a wiring problem they said they can fix it but they can't garentee it's going to fix it but said I could still drive the car mind you my car drive perfectly when I dropped it off so they have it a full week and fixes nothing but the front bumper that their employees had broken backing in to the car in an f150. So we get the car back drive it home and then go to Walmart come out and the car is so hard to turn you have to use your whole body to turn it. My husband goes to get the insurance card out the glove box and find a WEED VAPE PEN WE CALL THE SO THEY FIND OUT IT WAS THE PAINT AND BODY GUY THAT LEFT IT IN THERE ALL THEY SAY IS WE APOLOGIZE AND HAVE FIRED HIM. NEEDLESS TO DAY THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A WEEK AND all THAT WAS DONE TO IT WAS IT WAS WREAKED BY AN EMPLOYEE and they want even going to tell me about that I had to go up there myself to find that out & now my car is undrivable they refuse to give me any paperwork saying that their employees backed into my car and what they fixed bc of the employee backing into it. K we ep in mine he hit my charger with a f150 in the front now I have no power steering If you have a car do not bring it to this place they are unprofessional and they will mess your car up and not tell you till you come up there.
