Most recently, our VW was shifting VERY roughly and slipping gears, so we took it to the dealership who did - only - a transmission fluid test and said it needed a whole new transmission for over $5,000! We took it to German Auto Haus, and they actually took everything apart and it turned out the transmission was fine. They were able to fix the ACTUAL problem (valve body pump, catalyst converter...etc) for less than half of what the dealer quoted us. On top of that, they are just sweet folks. They delivered the car home for free bc it was on their way. My husband and I are so thankful for the people at German Auto Haus - they really helped us in a time of need. If you drive an import car, take it to these folks. They'll take care of you.

Several mechanics wouldn't make the repair because of the labor hours it would take and recommended a new engine for $10k. I was very happy with the work Carl's performed. Being a woman, most mechanics don't want to take the time to explain things as if I couldn't possibly understand. Carl explained everything in a way that I could understand. They did everything the quote said they would plus a few more things and only charged me the quoted price. I will use Carl's for any auto repairs in the future. I highly recommend them.

The staff is polite and professional, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. I plan to tell as many people as possible that Carl's Auto Services would be a great alternative to the Mad House of dealing with the dealerships for car maintenance. A very well deserved 5-Star Rating.

I dropped the car off on a Friday on Monday we go up there and they tell us an employee has hit my car but they are willing to fix it so they fix the bumper tell me that my wheel Barron is fine but I need some converter that's $350 then I get a call saying it's not the converter thing it's a wiring problem they said they can fix it but they can't garentee it's going to fix it but said I could still drive the car mind you my car drive perfectly when I dropped it off so they have it a full week and fixes nothing but the front bumper that their employees had broken backing in to the car in an f150. So we get the car back drive it home and then go to Walmart come out and the car is so hard to turn you have to use your whole body to turn it. My husband goes to get the insurance card out the glove box and find a WEED VAPE PEN WE CALL THE SO THEY FIND OUT IT WAS THE PAINT AND BODY GUY THAT LEFT IT IN THERE ALL THEY SAY IS WE APOLOGIZE AND HAVE FIRED HIM. K we ep in mine he hit my charger with a f150 in the front now I have no power steering If you have a car do not bring it to this place they are unprofessional and they will mess your car up and not tell you till you come up there. Needless to say we will be taking them to court because they have been no help. Lord forbid if this was a hot rod someone put a ton of money in because this is the same way you would be treated. They act as if we want something free we just wanted our car fixed but now we have more issues than we did when we dropped itoff Keep in mine they said the lights going off was a wiring issue and it was the alternator they are clueless clueless!
