Within the first 70 miles the check engine light came on. We messaged our salesperson, Jason Findley, to let him know what was going on. He asked if we could come back to get it checked out and we agreed since we had to come back anyway for the water bottle and garage door opener we forgot. Since it was difficult to find where to plug the computer in to get the code and the service department was closed, we agreed to come back on Monday, December 1. My wife could not come back due to her work schedule so I showed up at 8:15 am on Monday. When I arrived I told Jennifer Buck in the service department that I was there to get my brand new truck looked at because the check engine light came on at 70 miles the day we purchased it. I immediately was met with an attitude and was told, "Well you need to take this to the other side." First off, what other side? I reiterated that this vehicle was purchased a couple days ago and I needed my brand new vehicle's check engine light looked at and resolved. She asked if I had an appointment. I stated again I just bought this vehicle on Saturday and I would like assistance. After gathering info, I was told it will be awhile and to have a seat. Reminder, I arrived at 8:15 am. Fast forward to 11 am, I was still waiting without any sort of updates. I was trying to be patient and understanding that the shop was probably busy. My wife texted me and said she got a text that the wait was estimated to be until 5:30 pm. My wife had to call three times before getting something other than voicemail. When my wife got Jennifer Buck on the third call she inquired why it was taking so long and said the dealership needed to provide a loaner or an Uber to get me back to Foley. Jennifer informed my wife that the dealership does not do loaners. As soon as Jennifer got off the line with my wife she instantly headed to the garage to check on my truck. At 11:11 am I saw a guy under the truck. I saw the mechanic pull what looked like an oil or fluid catch pan out from under my truck. Apparently the oil pressure switch had to be replaced. Come to find out, there was a loaner waiting for me at 9 am. A loaner supposedly the dealership does not do. Why was I not told there was a loaner? I had to rearrange my entire work schedule and morning to wait almost four hours for 30 minutes worth of work. I was given the keys to my truck by Jennifer and told I was good to go. I said ok but where is my paperwork for the service done? I was told the paperwork was not finished. I told her I was not leaving until I get paperwork. I was then told the mechanic is at lunch. I said I would wait. The mechanic who was standing next to me and Jennifer rolled his eyes. I told him I was not sure why he was rolling his eyes and he can walk away. I need my paperwork. After 20 minutes I got the paperwork from the sales manager in the finance department. This is the worst service we have ever received from any Sandy Sansing dealership. I am disappointed to be honest. I expected better customer service than what I received. To spend so much money on a vehicle just two days prior and to be treated poorly for an issue that was no fault of my own is ridiculous. The ball was dropped. Btw. My vehicle was in very good condition with no issues prior to the visit. I paid $682 expecting professional service. Immediately after picking up my car, I noticed a loud, constant noise coming from the passenger seat area that had never existed before. I gave it a week to see if it would resolve, but it did not. When I returned, the staff dismissed my concern without even properly inspecting the vehicle and told me nothing was wrong. I clearly explained that I was about to complete a long-distance PCS move from Alabama to California and needed my car to be safe. The store manager showed no concern, refused to take responsibility, and sent me away in a vehicle that had developed a new issue after their service. During my road trip, the situation worsened. About 5 hours into the drive, my AC stopped working completely, forcing me to drive for 5 days in uncomfortable and difficult conditions. The noise also became progressively worse. This was extremely stressful, especially as a military family during a PCS move. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, and instead I was dismissed and left dealing with worsening problems across the country. I have records of my conversation with the store manager regarding this issue. Due to the lack of accountability and the safety concerns involved, I am escalating this matter to Kia corporate and am prepared to take further action to pursue a proper resolution. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    This dealership is terrible especially in service. Had my 2022 RAM 1500 in for warranty service…read moreseveral times and when I call to setup the appointment I always let them know I need a loaner. When I come to drop off the truck they never have a loaner ready or they can get me one but I have to go to Hertz down the road, wait for and take the shuttle there and then wait 20+ minutes at hertz for them to get their act together and prep the vehicle, not to mention the hertz location has a bad sewer odor. Recently I was having issues with my gauge cluster and it had to be replaced. Tameron had my truck for a month while they ordered the new cluster, they gave it back to me and the dimming function wasn't working. They didn't believe me and had to do a side by side comparison with another RAM to see the difference. I mean come on your guys are that inexperienced they couldn't tell it was wrong? I have a transmission issue and they reprogrammed it once; it still clunks and they say "it's operating as designed". Stay away from this place and stay away from the Service Tech Dave. He repeatedly lies, promises he'll call back when a loaner is ready then doesn't and can't ever fix anything properly. Epic fail!

    Back in April of this year I took my wife's car to Christian brothers. I had the coils and spark…read moreplugs were placed with parts I had purchased from Ford. I understood that they would not warranty the parts themselves, but I did expect them to be installed properly. My wife's car had 103,000 miles on it at this point and within a month of Christian brothers replacing all the coils in spark plugs one of the coils burned out. I had a reputable mechanic replace it thinking it was just an oddity. Within a few more weeks 2 more coils were dying. My wife thought it might be transmission problems and took it to a reputable transmission shop they ran the OBD2 and it showed that the coils in a couple of cylinders were going bad. Within 10 minutes of that diagnosis my wife had the car to Christian brothers. at this point there ws 107,000mi on the car. She showed them OBD2 the report and they basically thumbed their noses at it and said they had to run their own even though it's the same report. This cost I believe around $160, for the exact same test. They were rather curt about it to her, at this point she was exasperated and took it back to the other reputable mechanic who looked at the report and said, yes I see. I had him just go ahead and replace all the plugs and coils again. When I went to Christian brothers to discuss this matter with them they said because I provided the parts they have no warranty even though on the Christian brothers invoice it clearly says "Christian brothers automotive guarantees proper installation of guest supply parts that are designed manufactured and suitable for the guests vehicle in its current condition." I provided the parts Ford sold me and CB agreed that they were the right parts. They (CB) failed to gap the plugs. My wife's car requires a 0.031 gap and CB left the gap at 0.060 and said not gapping is "industry standard". While that is a standard excuse maybe, the mechanic should have been astute enough to check to make sure that he was properly installing them. The over gap caused the coils to work twice as hard or more than they would have if properly gapped the new plugs, thus burning the plugs and damaging the new coils. Gapping is basic engine maintenance practice. When I used to do my own maintenance, way back when, that was the first thing I did...gap the plug properly. Christian brothers does not want to honor this warranty. I am only happy that their mistake did not destroy my wife's car engine. If CB as a company really stands by their own warranties, they should refund their charges and the cost of having them all replaced again because of their improper installation.

I really enjoyed the updated text from the technician every step of the way. My radiator needs replacing and CBA has an amazing turn around time. The shop is state of the art, the waiting area is peaceful and homely. You're clearly more than just money to Christian Brothers. Mathew Brown is a wonderful family man, with a kind heart and pure motives. You won't be taken advantage of when your vehicle knowledge is limited either. I can't say enough good things about a process we all see as stressful! CBA is the ' Chick Filet' of automotive repairs!
