I was concerned that we not only would be able to find a place to take us that late on a Friday afternoon but also that we would get an honest assessmment. All these concerns were put to ease with a phone call met with a friendly and reassuing voice telling me to come on in and they would take a look! I arrived at AA Transmission and had the pleasue of meeting Danny, Joe and Kristen. The team had the issue diagnosed and fixed within no time. The issue was minor and they let me go free of charge which I made such an impression on me. They knew I was from out of town and therefore would not be able to be a returning customer (which I would if I lived in town) which speaks to the type of business AA Transmission is.. one of honesty, integrity and impressive customer service! Then I was told all paint would be stripped off when rebuilding and I even told what color I wanted it...exa same as when it went. The shifter doesn't line up with what's on dash. ( extra to go back and do right too so it's still like that. Within days bottom shift linkage gromit was gone and the top was held together with a carter pin. I even ordered a new linkage bar bc the one that fell out didn't look right.... The bracket where top gromit goes was not there now. So still sitting unable to move . BULLSHIT FOR around 2Grand! And I thought Glen was good people but i voiced my opinion , never ever ever ever even if they were the last transmission place on earth would I recommend ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FEMALE!!!! And they do the cop cars but individually they suck and just about getting the money not standing behind work. AAA gives 3 years and that's where I will be going TO FIX WHAT I PAID these guys to do

This required us to bring the car back repeatedly several times. This is frustrating when this is your only means of transportation. His costs are high and when I asked my friend's about his work, even they said he has a poor reputation in the mechanic community. Too bad I didn't do my homework before bringing my car to him. I was in an urgent situation and was told that it could be fixed in a timely manner, but that turned into a long dragged-out fiasco.

Had to take her SUV back on 3 occassions each time the truck stayed in that shop for over 2 weeks or longer. This is a very small shop and this guy take on more than he can handle b/c he is less expesevise than the other tranmission shops. Trust me cheeper is definitly NOT better. Take my advise stay away. I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Heard they were a good honda shop but maybe they dont work on Hondas anymore. Not sure how they fix cars if they dont take walkins and they dont take appointments. Thanks for nothing Milton Honda!

The way these people treated my friend and I when we tried to talk to them about, seemingly imaginary charges, was absolutely disgusting and I honestly don't know how they are in business. Charged us for "work and time" that was not authorized, not to mention nothing was actually done to vehicle beyond a visual "inspection". These people jumped straight intimidation tactics, trying to "big boy" us into giving him money.
