At 4:30pm, I decided just to go and get my truck, still at this point no communication from the store. When I arrived my truck was in the bay and I was told that it would be another 15 minutes. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Heard they were a good honda shop but maybe they dont work on Hondas anymore. Not sure how they fix cars if they dont take walkins and they dont take appointments. Thanks for nothing Milton Honda!
