I had numerous long-standing problems that were fixed on my 2003 Kia Sorento including very badly leaking valve cover gaskets, original timing belt, etc. During the process the top radiator hose connector broke, and there were other complications due to its age and condition. I was extremely disappointed with the work preformed on my truck .l would never refer anyone to them.

I am from out of state and we have emissions testing in our state. Our car had failed its emissions test and could not get a tag because it was not compliant. Our car is a Honda Accord with close to 200K miles on it but we want to keep it. It's clean and it's in great condition. I called and checked around and Bodiford's Automotive gave me the best quote for service. Our car was serviced in a timely manner and the Automotive Tech and Mr. Bodiford tested our car afterward personally to make sure engine lights were not appearing and the car was running at peak performance. The office staff, technicians, and Mr. Bodiford were so accomodating and professional in servicing our automobile. My family is a car family. We love cars and we are very particular about service and care. While on a long term visit from Washington DC, my daily commuter finally gave her all and I replaced with a lovely Range Rover, which is the expertise area for Boniford. I have been pleased with the RR purchase from them and my only warranty for this used car was a hand shake and a promise to do the right thing should anything need to be done. this place turned me down on my AAA 40 point inspection...i was there last year a whole yr they didn't call me after making an appt...instead of calling me i drove there they could of called me and said f--- u don't come gas and wear and tear on my 04 toyota...what a joke it was not about a luge nut and the bad thing they said i had wrong side of tires...wrong...size tires they came on the truck the guy doing his job all he had to do is look at the damn door and look at the size that comes on the Truck and say your good...i fixxed my LUG nut and the tires are now 17ens instead of 16tens i will not send y'all people cause made me fill like a damn jackass...??? i wasted my time day and money on them...god bless..asses... read more

I would never refer anyone to Bodifords Automotive. I had a horrific experience with this company. In January of 2015, I had Bodifords tow my car to their Garage. I was told the issues with my car included A faulty Crank Shaft Sensor, tag lights needed to be replaced, CV Axels needed to be replaced and blow out my moon roof to stop leakage. After all is said and done, I was charged $1,501.00 for the services. The day I picked up my car I noticed my rim was missing the VW logo and my leather seats were cut in 7 places. Later in the evening after picking up my car my check engine light came on. I contacted Frank Bodiford and his response was "the check engine light comes on for any number of reasons. It will be safe to drive it". Also his response to my rim missing the logo was "it's just a sticker, it could've happened in a car wash". I told Mr. Bodiford the rim had all parts in place before his mechanic/tow truck driver picked it up. I received no response. I didn't bother mentioning the seats because it was always his word against mine. My car is now being repaired for a broken timing belt. My new mechanic told me this was the problem all along. Frank Bodifords mechanic changed my crank shaft sensor because he was not educated enough on my vehicle to know that it was the timing belt not the crank shaft sensor needing to be replaced. I really wish there were an option to leave 0 stars for this post, I think 1 star is too much for Bodifords Automotive. read more
