Was riding down the street and happened to see them, so I thought ... support small businesses! They fucked me over !!! A single mother with 2 children! During this pandemic! I brought my own brakes and they charged me $125.00 to INSTALL! Wow! Could've fucking went to Chevy so I said fuck it, do it. Went home about an hour later they started squeaking bad !! The front desk receptionist was very polite and friendly as so where the guys working on my truck. My AC has a leak and they fixed it very quickly I didn't wait long at all. My Ac is not blowing cold and great I'm very happy! Also they went above and beyond because I'm having issues with my shifter console and he fixed it to get me by until I can afford to replace it and he even gave me a great price to fix that as well! Had an appt w/ Fadallas yesterday at 10am. Got there and the mechanic wasn't there but was "on his way" according to the front desk lady. Still at 12, no mechanic. Still at 1, no mechanic. Mechanical arrived at 2:15. Told me at 3 that I needed to leave the vehicle overnight. Left and won't be back. Their website says "free pickup and delivery" but they don't warrant that, because I asked. Their website also says "free diagnostic" but they don't warrant that either if they have to hook your car up to any machines.... How else do u diagnose it??? If you are smart you will stay FAR away from this place! All you will end up with is more problems then you came in with! A little over two weeks ago my fiance brought his truck in to get the AC fixed. He knew what the problem was already and everything. They told him it would just take a few hours. Well, a few hours later they hadn't even started. No big deal though, we said we could come back the next day (let me point out that we live 45 minutes away) so I took him home and the next day they tell us it will done by 2. So, I drive him back up there (I'm also doing all this at 8 months pregnant) and we get told the same thing. This goes on for the next three days and we finally just need his truck back so I don't have to wake up at 4 in the morning to take him to work. We call and tell them on a Friday afternoon that we just want to come pick it up, fixed or not. We were told that it is torn apart and they don't have time to put it together before they get off so we have to wait until Monday. At this point, I'm pretty mad. But, somehow this crazy pregnant lady makes it through the weekend with waking up early and us sharing my car. Monday rolls around and of course, it STILL isn't finished. Finally, on Tuesday (over a week later) they say it is done. We go to pick it up and they told us that it was ready but they don't know how much it will be and the person to tell them that information might be here any minute or it could be a few hours. We ended up waiting hours for a truck that was already done! Finally though, we get a price (almost $700 later.) The price was much more than he was quoted, but at this point we didn't care and was happy to have his truck back. He gets in his truck to leave and they completely tore the dash apart and now the radio no longer works! They weren't even going to mention it to him. So he goes back inside and they say they will fix it the next day if he brings his truck back up there. So, he starts to drive the truck home and at first the AC works but after just a few minutes the air is no longer cold! He calls them and turns around to make them fix it. They did something to the air to make it work a little better but said they don't know how to fix the radio and that they would have to try to get a new dash out of the junkyard for him, and that they would call him to let him know when they found something. He reminds them that he leaves to go out of state in a week so he doesn't have time to wait forever and they promised it would be here in time. Needless to say, excuses were made everyday and he left to go to Texas yesterday. He called them two days ago saying that he either needs the part sent to him or the money for it. Now they apparently have no memory of saying they would pay for the peice THEY broke. They did offer to order it for him as long as he pays for it. Are you kidding me? We have messages from the receptionist telling him they were looking for a new dash AND that they were going to pay for it but now they want to change their story. So, once again, go ANYWHERE but here! They are lying crooks! read more
