Now that I've been here, I'll never take my car to another shop - especially not a VW dealership. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional, fast, and have the best prices possible. This was probably the best experience I've had having my car repaired. If you have a VW/Audi out of warranty, do not take it to the dealership for repairs; bring it to Everett's Automotive.

I was involved in an accident years ago and the original body shop did not fix my vehicle. I have been instructed by the insurance company go ahead and find another body shop, get another estimate and they will take care of it, basically saying sorry about your luck we don't want the responsibility of someone else's mistakes might then be liable to us. here is my thought. If you were good at what you do, there should be no issues with your capability to fix what someone else could not. Perhaps you should have at least looked at my vehicle then the estimate then decided whether or not it was something you could handle, but I think, as you do not have the capability, and therefore you are afraid of the liability.
