I took my car in for a repair, not only did they not listen to me a woman, it was like everything…read morewas ignored. They didn't even know how a rain sensor works and it still don't, I ask if the insurance didn't cover let me know, ignored. And now I have to take my car in for a front end alignment that wasn't't needed before. They delayed my repair and ended up 9 days late. I would find another repair center.

Absolutely atrocious customer service…read more I was assured that my repair would take 3 days but its been 5 and now have been told that it will not be done until Monday afternoon after being assured it would be completed today. When I called back earlier in the week I was told by Eddie that my parts were in the paint shop but after calling back the next day I was told they didn't even have the parts in...more lies and to top it off he made it seem like I was an annoyance or inconvenience asking him about status my repairs. Now I've been told my vehicle will not be ready until Monday afternoon and I've already lost well in excess of $1,000 in wages because of this crap. I went specifically to AutoNation because they are Ford related and they were on State Farms list of repair facilities wish I had looked at the previous Yelp reviews to see just how poor the customer service is . During the entire repair process I have not received one phone call from any representative from AutoNation Collision letting me know that there were going to be any problems or delays I have had to initiate every single phone call to their facility to top things off I had Eddie hang up on me yesterday while I was trying to ask him something else. This crap makes me sick to my stomach to be treated like this when they are getting paid VERY WELL for the work being done. I will never again use this Collision Center or AutoNation Ford for any repairs or service in the future and will sure as hell never buy a car from them because of this

Bay City Paint & Body - Zip tied our fan shroud together causing the fan to rub

Bay City Paint & Body

Bay City Paint & Body also known as Bay City RV Center, we dropped off our workhorse bus with this…read morecompany and asked for them to take a look at the generator and give us an estimate on repairs. They took went for a joy ride in our commercial vehicle without our knowledge and supposedly blew out the radiator, they did not have our permission nor did they have our vehicle towed back they continued to drive the bus back to their shop further potentially causing more damage to the engine, we had to order a $1,200 radiator and bring it to them . They charged us $2,388 for a radiator that they damaged. The fan shroud they removed and reinstalled to do the radiator job they put it back together with zip ties , causing the fan shroud to rub up against the fan . What is kinda funny is the $150 they charged us to unbox the radiator we brought them. Then charged us over $300 to place hvac foil tape on the front and behind the generator case it's self they called it an airbox. This goes on and on with the nonsense as to 2 ignition coils that have 2 bolts on the outside of the generator was charged over $600 . Long story short these people Pam & David are straight crooks ! Was given no estimate and was hit with a $7,000 repair bill ! After paying the bill the bus was returned to us with a check engine light on the fan shroud hitting the fan on the engine and zip tied together along with the generator not working it ran for 1 hour and shut off then the exhaust pipe for the generator was not connected to the generator and hanging off . We disputed the bill came into discuss with them and they had the sheriffs there to shake us down to force us to pay . We paid the bill by bank to bank wire . If you are an absolute fool like I was be sure to take your vehicles to Bay City Paint & Body or Bay City RV. ( Proof is in the Pictures , you have been Warned) our attorneys will see you in court . -David

Shortly thereafter, I received a text stating Bay City Towing and Repair has been dispatched. There is a link to check the status which provides a timeframe of 60-90 minutes until their arrival. I sit there with the vehicle until the 90 minutes has expired and reach out to Bay City. They answer my call and tell me my tow was outside of their service area. Rather than reach out to the insurance sooner to notify them when dispatched, they decided to sit on the assignment. Insurance companies try to be fair and "spread the love" to different towing companies. This company shouldn't be in any insurance company's line up for their customers.

Terrible work, mismatched paint and it took 5 months to do it…read more Lots of lip service but very little action. When I got my car there were overlooked broken motor mounts that needed replaced, parts that were not replaced including: bumper locknuts; panel clips: mud flaps: wires taped to body parts, the wrong headlight was installed (the "extra" wire was not even questioned). Electrical grounding points were painted. The paint still has fisheyes and areas are not even painted. There is overspray in the engine compartment, this is a job I would expect out of my next door neighbors carport for 50$+parts. Each time there was another excuse: "The car is low and hard to paint", "The engine compartment is not the same color as the rest of the car", "The plastic bumper does not take the paint the same as the rest of the car", "There was nothing there (body clips)". The real topper was the tape holding my headlight wires (taped to the inner fender with black electrical tape) rather than use the factory wire clips. I've taken it back and had the paintwork redone to little satisfaction, there is still missed areas and even more overspray. This work has reduced the resale value of my car by at least $10,000. I will gladly retract this post if the body shop is willing to address the issues.
