I'm like a fish out of water suffering the repercussions of being in an accident that was not my fault. As I drove my vehicle home the best I could I wondered what has happened to poeople. What happened to treating folks the way you would want to be treated? AutoNation won't have to worry about seeing me again. I will get my vehicle repaired on my own and I will never use them again. Thank you, AutoNation, for reminding me of how it feels to be dismissed, unimportant, disrespected, and also of a non verbal way of saying its not your problem. Kindness, respect and decency go a long way. read more
