Upon arriving home, I found that the passenger side door handles (inside) were not snapped into place and the front passenger door panel (inside) was not installed properly. I fixed this myself easily, but noticed just after a week that the front cap was sagging down, the sides of the front bumper would pop loose, and the front driver fender trim would pop loose. I took the vehicle back, but Devin stated that I must have run over something -- which I did not. After several weeks of back-and-forth between Caliber Collision and the insurance adjustor (by back and forth, I mean that I would call and nothing would happen). As I had an out of town trip coming up, I was eventually forced to file another claim to get the vehicle fixed. I will never use this shop again and caution anyone else thinking about it.
