When it was ready, we went there to pick it up and he charged over $1400. $400 for the starter when it does not cost even $200 and over $800 dollars for labor. The A/C was working fine when we took to him. When we drove it back, the A/C was not working anymore. We took it back to him and this Monday he tried to convince us that something else is wrong . He messed up the A/C and is not taking the responsibility for what he has done and refusing to fix it. They are just trying to rip us off again. I told him I am filling in Small Claims Court against him. I am filing in Small Claims Curt and I am subpoenaing him personally. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HIM.

I paid 5634.03From Statefarm plus 500 dollar deductible all in total amounted to 6134.03. The parts that were put on the vehicle were rusted about the back passenger door and front end the bumper and fender the is a 2 inch gap between. The paint is two different colors. The front passenger door is not set on the hinges properly, the back passenger door has the rubber coming off block the door from being able to shut properly. not a Statefarm approved repair shop. Terrible work, mismatched paint and it took 5 months to do it…read more Lots of lip service but very little action. When I got my car there were overlooked broken motor mounts that needed replaced, parts that were not replaced including: bumper locknuts; panel clips: mud flaps: wires taped to body parts, the wrong headlight was installed (the "extra" wire was not even questioned). Electrical grounding points were painted. The paint still has fisheyes and areas are not even painted. There is overspray in the engine compartment, this is a job I would expect out of my next door neighbors carport for 50$+parts. Each time there was another excuse: "The car is low and hard to paint", "The engine compartment is not the same color as the rest of the car", "The plastic bumper does not take the paint the same as the rest of the car", "There was nothing there (body clips)". The real topper was the tape holding my headlight wires (taped to the inner fender with black electrical tape) rather than use the factory wire clips. I've taken it back and had the paintwork redone to little satisfaction, there is still missed areas and even more overspray. This work has reduced the resale value of my car by at least $10,000. I will gladly retract this post if the body shop is willing to address the issues.
