I noticed the flaws in the repair immediately but I was so ready to have my truck after 3 months that I took it anyway. I had to bring it back within a couple of days because the panel they replaced was creaking terribly. They did something that fixed it for about a day and right back to creaking. All of the parts they replaced started rusting within a month. I wish I read the reviews before using cockrels because I am very disappointed and have to have the repair redone by a different shop.

I have been instructed by the insurance company go ahead and find another body shop, get another estimate and they will take care of it, basically saying sorry about your luck we don't want the responsibility of someone else's mistakes might then be liable to us. here is my thought. If you were good at what you do, there should be no issues with your capability to fix what someone else could not. Perhaps you should have at least looked at my vehicle then the estimate then decided whether or not it was something you could handle, but I think, as you do not have the capability, and therefore you are afraid of the liability.
